The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
There was no lift, which made carrying luggage difficult. The bathroom sink was also blocked, which was inconvenient.

The quiet was very satisfying and the meals were delicious and very good portions. The host at the restaurant was very friendly.
The first day, the room floor was dusty, food waiting time was long especially first day and breakfast sheet was not provided to me without asking. This led to getting breakfast later than I needed. Also, access to the restaurant door was not convinient, sometimes I would wait to be let in or out, the receptionist was not always available
