Everything was fantastic. Excellent communication regarding my arrival. Parking was managed very well and worked out great - only a short walk to hotel, and the polite helpful man also arranged my ZTL for €5. Hassle free instead of me trying to do it. Perfect central location. Easy check-in. Room nice and clean, bed comfy, good size room and small fridge for my water as it was extremely hot in Palermo. Lift up so no problem with my suitcases. Lovely goodbye on departure. So I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to stay there. Service like it should be!

Good location. The contact person was polite and considerate.
Don’t understand why hotels don’t leave enough tea bags - there were only two. And no milk either. Blanket on bed was super hot and inappropriate for the weather. We were charged an extra €5 for the airport taxi, which was not agreed to. Added by Alessandra for reversing up the road??? And why can’t the city tax be included in the booking price?
