Located in Salt Lake City, this attractive condo for $213 per night is a great option for your next break. This in an exquisitely furnished and decorated 3-bedroom condo in the heart of the city, just across from everything. It's just 4 blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center, and within walking distance of many downtown attractions. It's located on corner of the top floor of the building, so there are views of the Oquirrh Mountain Range and no noises from anyone living above. It has granite counter tops, hardwood floors, brand new high-end furniture (not particle board!) The condo complex is located 3.5 blocks away from the Salt Palace Convention Center and has a coffee shop and a 24-hour gym with free weights and cardio equipment. The rental comes with one free covered parking space and unlimited free parking on the street. No cats allowed. Dogs require a $99 pet fee. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees. This is a gated community, so we will need to meet you at the property to get you in the first time. We own several other condos in this same complex, so if you're looking for more space, we can rent more than one of them to you. Note that this condo is located downtown, so if you're not used to the sounds of a city, it might seem loud to you. There are also trains that go by this condo complex, which will be loud if you are not used to the sound of a train. We provide ear plugs for light sleepers in ALL of our homes. All linens and towels are included. Service was incredible all the way through with prompt responses to all our questions. A number of us booked a few condos with our hosts as we were all attending a company convention downtown. When fellow colleagues were in desperate need of a condo last minute, our hosts found the perfect spot for them. We so appreciated every bit of support all the way along from the initial booking of our first unit, to the subsequent bookings of other units, to greeting us onsite and supporting us while we stayed here. We will come back for sure! This was a great condo within an easy 25 min walking distance to the Salt Palace. The condo had all the amenities we needed to prepare our meals, to rest after a long day, and to visit with colleagues. Highly recommend this place!

We did not feel safe at this condo and left after a few hours. There were homeless people and tents set up outside the windows and upon leaving the complex saw 2 different men doing drugs. It was not within safe walking distance to the convention center especially with children. Would not recommend.

We really enjoyed staying here, it was exactly as described. A very roomy, decent price, well stocked and hot showers. There were a few dings on the walls, a rip in the carpet in one of the rooms, and the beds aren’t super comfortable, but it was home base for our stay and we liked it. A few things we didn’t like dealing with was the amount of times the key is used to get into the room. One time for the door into the elevator and one to the door or the building and then the key to the condo. It was a lot to deal with when you have your hands full, especially carrying little kids. We had a toddler and an infant. This would not be an issue if you don’t need to carry much more than a backpack but we always had dIaper bag, purse, car seat, stroller, etc.. The condo was very well stocked as well as provided drinks in fridge. We loved the high chair as well as the umbrella stroller that’s provided. Having the access to these was so appreciated. The location isn’t bad. The train noise wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. We stayed 4 nights and heard the train horn maybe twice. There are tents under the freeway and you can see bums from the room so we didn’t feel as safe as one would like, but we made sure car was always locked. We liked the stay and it was a warm place to come back to since it had snowed a few times during our stay. Thank you

I stayed with two work colleagues in the fall of 2022. We enjoyed the space and the beds were very comfortable. There’s enough space to be together as well as have some privacy. The one issue is this is located very near the railroad tracks and the highway, so it is very loud. The trains blast their horns as the come through. Just be aware when you rent - bring ear plugs or play white noise. Otherwise, this was a nice condo that met all our needs.

The condo is great. Only drawback was it smelled like smoke. We had a diffuser and cleaned up the air though as we packed the smell came back when diffuser was off. We also weren’t aware it was by the train depot. So we heard trains all night long almost constantly. It was ok once tube it out but it bothered another staying with me. They do provide ear plugs at first we didn’t know why but it’s a great place overall.

We enjoyed our stay at the bridges. We’re very responsive and clear communicators. After the first morning it was evident our coffee maker was on it’s last leg, I texted them and there was a new coffee maker in the unit by the end of the day, making the next morning much more palatable. Though this location was pretty noisy with train tracks next-door, it was also very convenient for walking to a jazz game, dining, and driving approximately 30 minutes to a variety of the Wasatch ski resorts. For us, this made a nice blend of city and ski getaway.

The apartment itself was nice- the check in process slightly cumbersome. Bedding had a few stains but appeared to have been washed- I’d just suggest new bedding in the case it doesn’t wash out. Heavy homeless population and incredible amount of train and light rail traffic, along with interstate noise. It dies down around 11pm but starts up again around 4:30/5-, but just be aware it’s immediately to the north of a major train yard. Parking is limited to one space, as advertised but the public parking on the street is under an overpass and houses a large homeless population. The apartment was well stocked with dishes and appliances- bathrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen provided a great space to prep some meals. The location was close to where we needed for a Downtown convention which was convenient. Overall- if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the unit- and only have one car to park- it checks the boxes.

Check in process was a little cumbersome, but once we got there it was fine. The construction around made driving confusing. The building overall was nice, but the neighborhood was a little rough. Definitely couldn’t be outside at night. It was close to downtown though and convenient to get places. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our time in SLC and at this property and a 2nd adjacent condo owned by the same owner to split our large family gathering. They were prompt to respond to any questions we had and did their best to make our stay welcome. Daniel the owner was especially accommodating and I would recommend this location. The kids loved the pool!
