All new appliances, furniture, beds, widescreen TV. Hardwood floors, crown molding throughout, each room has separate ductless split-system air conditioning. Parking for 2 cars (garage plus alley space in front of the garage door). A detached private third bed/ba (downstairs) is available for an additional fee.

Two blocks to famous Orange Avenue restaurants, banks, shopping, theater, library and tennis courts. World famous Hotel del Coronado and beaches are a casual 10 min walk.

The property was spotless and very comfortable for two people. It’s also nicely decorated, has the appliances you need as well as the pots & pans & dishes you might want. We were there without a car, so we especially liked the fact that we could easily walk to the grocery store and several other stores and restaurants. We plan on returning to the property in the Fall.

Great location, near shops and restaurants. Everything within walking distance. Owners on site if any issues arise. We had none. Upstairs unit behind main house, good cross breeze with windows open.

Our hosts were excellent, the place was beautiful and the location can’t be beat if you want to walk to anywhere in the town. Those with any disabilities should know that there is a full flight of stairs that need to be used to get to and from the apartment. That was not a problem for us.
