★ Important Info- STR Bay County Permit 15039 ★
✹ Venture Out Resort requires a separate $80 amenity fee per vehicle (maximum 2 vehicles). This fee is paid directly to the resort at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid delays. This fee is not included in your booking cost. This is above and beyond the reservation charge.
✹ No refunds for weather unless the area is under evacuation orders. Trip insurance is recommended.
✹ Our insurance requires a signed rental agreement prior to your stay. This will be sent immediately after your reservation is accepted and must be signed within 48 hours.
****During Peak Summer months of June, July WE REQUIRE 7 night MINIMUM STAY with check in and out on Sat. or Sun.

Beautiful & very clean. We had a great experience, the pictures of the place don't do it justice its even more prettier in person. The host was also very helpful even from the beginning and very informative. Every time I would message before our trip & even the day of they were quick to get back to me. We will definitely book this property again. We are so glad we booked this cottage.

The cottage was very clean and beautiful. We were very comfortable. We appreciated all the personal touches the owner provided through out the cottage.We had a very nice time there. Thank you.

Very nice cottage and very clean. Our only issue is our 3/4 ton truck was too big for the driveway. My husband received a citation for parking in the front even though we made sure we had 12’ on the side for other cars to pass.
