The position
No bed sheets, I had to contact the company after the first night to ask for bedding and blanket as the bed was essentially naked - a mattress with a cover, nothing else. The sheets were delivered, the blanket never arrived.
The setting of the apartment is modern yet extremely basic (there isn’t even an oven).
At the time of booking (1 month in advance) I mentioned I’ll be landing early and asked for an early check-in; the day before arriving I reiterated and txted several times on the day of arrival. The access codes were shared at 3:58pm for a 4pm check in. The day after the apartment next to mine was being cleaned at 9am so I have no doubt the apartment was available earlier but I was given no access.
First floor apartment, it was quite noisy but that was to be expected, just mentioning, not a complaint.
