Host was there to greet us and explain apartment upon arrival. Host kept in contact from landing at airport to arrival at apartment. Easy to get public transport to city centre.
We had an issue with the Air Conditioning however was immediately dealt with. Parking garage did not have a functioning gate and was very dark. Was further out than I realised so took about an hour by public transport to get into city centre

The apartment was in a very good location close to everything. The apartment was very roomy for a property that was inner city.
The main problem we had was the lack of hot water for the last two days. There were also items left by the owner in the apartment.
The apartment was on the top floor of the building and 4 levels of stairs. When we told the owner we had 3 large suitcases and would have difficulty if there was no lift, the owner told us that her colleague who would meet us at the apartment would help us with the bags. He knew nothing about it. He did help us. However, on leaving the apartment, we had no one to help us and the driver complained to us about our request to help. It was very difficult because the stairs were narrow as well.
