Für eine Nacht für einen günstigen Preis okay, aber unprofessionell und daher nicht für mehr empfohlen.

Der günstige Preis

Nicht gedämmte Fenster, daher sehr laut. Gestank in der Lobby. Kein Aufzug und kein Personal das beim Gepäck half mit großen Koffern in die zweite Etage!! Zimmer machte einen unsauberen Eindruck, inkl. Bad. Hatten das Gefühl wir sind die einzigen Gäste, Personal war aufdringlich und hat beim checkout unser Zimmer geprüft bevor wir gehen durften, haben wir so auch noch nie erlebt. Geld hätte über booking eingezogen werden sollen, mussten trotzdem vor Ort zahlen. Check in unprofessionnel, wir bekamen das Passwort für den Stand WLAN.

The toilet was leaking and smelled like sewerage. No air conditioner. Only one light bulb in the room

Fixed the toilette, add air conditioner.

Very disappointing hotel. No service or cleaning, one week they never cleaned until day 5 when I asked them, they said morning when cleaner come !!!!!! No towels or toilet papers until you ask !!!! The bed cover, pilow, chair weren't clean. Kettle wasn't working !! I tried to change the dates and check out early, they refused, tried to talk to the manager manytimes, he only reply/talk to the staff!!!! He said money paid, we can't transfer money back. No breakfast ir kitchen. I won't give it more than 1-2 stars ONLY. I believe booking.com should remove it from their list.

Nothing like on the pictures. Garden view was equivalent with a dirty junkyard with abandoned cars. Furniture was falling apart and the whole place didnt feel clean altogether. Our room was next to the lobby and you could essentially hear the receptionists talk.

Only location Housekeeper Ladies were nice Kettle including

-Hotel staff and general manager 2-Their attitude 3-Their communication 4-Towels are tiny for me 5-Air condition system 6-Only 1 card for room 7-Bad size are small and their corner’s are sharp 8-No coffee or tea for customer in room 9-I injured my leg and i wanted some ice.There is no ice in hotel 10-Refrigerator is not working well 11-Tv including are only 2-3 channels 12-Water leaking from the shower’s door 13-There is no water in Refrigerator at least put 2x0,5 ml water. 14-1 chandelier was not working. 15-No paper no pencil no napkin in room 16-General Manager attitude was the worst. If i want to give you suggestion then dont pick this hotel

Huff, try something else.. Not good.

Nothing, stay away.

Highly recommend to stay away, so many other hotels to better price and alot better quality. Smells bad. And not even internet. Beds are uncomfortable and clearly it's a scam to get tourists in with lies. Waste of time and money.

Great

The staff were very nice to help with the luggage and were always trying to help with our requirements. I do like the place, the location is amazing to say the least.

There was no elevator, people with many stuff, children, disabled, or elderly will dislike this.

not bad place, but won’t try the second time

It was very cosy room, clean and located near the metro station.

the facilities quantity were so pure, i have asked firstly for towels and they haven’t ask for change them during my stay 3days. Also I have separately asked for hairdryer. The one thing that I didn’t like is that the receptionists were sleeping in the hall and my room was on the first floor, and i heard all voices and couldn’t sleep

in a good central location, unfortunately the nightclub in the basement of the building was extremely loud to hear every night, in one of the booked rooms you could also feel the bass very clearly. In the other room it was minimally quieter, but here one of the mattresses was irreparably damaged, which the room service should definitely have noticed when making the beds before our arrival. Although it was a non-smoking hotel, there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke.

The room was clean

The stuff wasn't very professional. The hotel is located over a nightclub so we had loud music disturbing our sleep. The shower wasn't very hot. Not a good stay overall.

The personal was awesome (a big thanks to Mr. Khubunaia) The place was at the center surrounded by a lot of coffe shops and other restaurants The service was great

There was a problem with a key that we haven't got and we had to ask a personal to open our room each time Another problem was with a toilet that has a problem with a water refilling
