Clean and tidy lots of refreshments would stay again.

The bed was quite small and the beam in the room was very low but it was still very good value.

Very friendly staff . Room was perfect for a one night stay before heading to Bristol airport . Enjoyed a pub meal and a few drinks in a traditional pub rather than opting for big chain at the airport .

WiFi was fine in the bar but we could not use the WiFi in the room despite trying numerous times . We were in room 5 downstairs and unfortunately the person in the room above was walking around constantly from 2:00am for over an hour and with a very squeaky floor/ ceiling , sleep with difficult . Best option would be one of the 3 upstairs rooms 1-3 .

Close to airport - easy to find. Friendly staff. Excellent evening meal.

Continental type breakfast was very good. Dinner was excellent.

When we booked, we were allocated Room 4. On arrival, we found Room 4 was already occupied!! When we advised, that Room 4 was allocated to ourselves, the occupant(s) said they had already showered etc. and we should use Room 5. We advised one of the staff and showed our booking for Room 4. Nothing was done and we ended in Room 5. This room was cramped and had a humidifier intermittently switching on/off all night. Not a good night's sleep!!

Great location, lovely meal in the pub, very attentive staff

Could hear other guests all night (talking and very creaky floorboards) the bed was 100% not a double. Had no sleep as my wife and I did not have enough room

No food Sunday evenings and so noisy from upstairs, we didn't sleep at all so unfortunately wouldn't go again
