Old pub but fresh clean and up to date facilities. Well located for Bristol and the airport,self serve breakfast facility available for early starts/flights
Bathroom in Room VII a bit tight to get in through the door/shower/sink

Great room, had everything i needed. Decorated lovely and very clean. Staff were friendly, food was great. Great location for travel to Bristol Airport.
It may be beneficial to have a designated 'check in area' that is separate from the main bar.

The room was lovely, we entered and the radio was already on, it felt really welcoming.
The room was a good size and was really clean and pleasant, it felt modern but still had a touch of authenticity.
There was a fan in the room which was appreciated!
The dinner service was a bit of a disaster, a lot of the food was so salty especially the starter which was so heavily salted it was inedible. The main of my partner came with a sauce which was also incredibly salty. The desert order was wrong two times and one desert came out with a big hair wrapped around it. However, the restaurant was very understaffed as they weren't expecting so many customers midweek, I can't fault the service staff; they did incredibly well under the strain and demand and rectified all my issues, so top marks for them.
This isn't the fault of the hotel but the road out front is incredibly busy throughout the night, I'm a heavy sleeper and even I struggled to sleep through the constant rumble of HGV's.
