Booked for an early flight from Bristol airport and hotel was an easy 10 minute drive in the morning. Room was really lovely and comfortable and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed and ideal location for the airport, really nice staff and lovely food.
Very steep stairs to get to the room and we were given a room by the main road which was noisy.

The room was lovely, we entered and the radio was already on, it felt really welcoming.
The room was a good size and was really clean and pleasant, it felt modern but still had a touch of authenticity.
There was a fan in the room which was appreciated!
The dinner service was a bit of a disaster, a lot of the food was so salty especially the starter which was so heavily salted it was inedible. The main of my partner came with a sauce which was also incredibly salty. The desert order was wrong two times and one desert came out with a big hair wrapped around it. However, the restaurant was very understaffed as they weren't expecting so many customers midweek, I can't fault the service staff; they did incredibly well under the strain and demand and rectified all my issues, so top marks for them.
This isn't the fault of the hotel but the road out front is incredibly busy throughout the night, I'm a heavy sleeper and even I struggled to sleep through the constant rumble of HGV's.
