We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated. We loved the mix of vintage style with modern details. There were several of us and everyone felt comfortable, with plenty of space. I think 5–6 people could easily stay here.
I also want to mention the host, who was very nice and helpful. He always replied quickly to our messages and was happy to help whenever we had any questions.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including everything needed to prepare your own meals. We especially enjoyed the coffee machine and the tasty coffee capsules. There were also some chocolate biscuits left for us as a little welcome treat, which was such a nice touch 😊
The location is great too. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and around 15 minutes to Roma Termini station.
We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. We will be happy to come back!

The property was very clean, a walk to the Colosseum, and convenient to the station, the metro, and other public transportation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff was responsive and friendly whenever we reached out. Also, great AC which was absolutely crucial given the blistering July heat in Rome. Overall, great value for the price.
All was good, no complaints!

Good conditions, powerful air conditioners, everything you need is there
The TV doesn't work, eviction is at exactly 11, if you don't make it in time you'll just be kicked out.

Close to metro station
AC was working perfectly👌
Tooo much traffic noise from the road, guess that's why they provided the ear plugs.
AC water was dropping and the bathroom had a peculiar smell
Beds were ok but not very comfortable!
