I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key areas of the city, which made getting around Medellín quite straightforward. The staff were friendly and generally helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance.
The room was comfortable and overall clean, with all the basic amenities you’d expect. While everything worked well, although some more thorough clean would have been appreciated.
Breakfast was decent. The common areas were well-maintained and added to a relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, it was a good experience and very good value for money. I’d consider coming back.
The terrace is amazing! I suggest grabbing your coffee downstairs and enjoyijng while in the sun with a view of the entire city.
Occasional small cockroaches in the room but i assume it's normal in these parts of the city.

Everything was great looks like your are in the future, modern decor, very clean, amazing location, staff very helpful, they helped organizing tours giving tailored suggestions to our needs, breakfast was great too and changed every day, Laundry available.
I will definitely come back in the future.

That it was close to a lot of restaurants and bars.
No A/C and I let them know about the hot water and supposedly it was fixed but that was not the case.
