The temperature of the swimming pool was a bit chilly; increasing the heating slightly would be great.

The hotel has a bit of a hostel vibe, but has comfortable rooms that have everything you would want in your own room. The staff are all super friendly, happy to help out, and some even remember your name! Really lovely touch
The music is pretty loud from the 8th floor when there is an event on, I didn't expect to be able to hear it on the 3rd floor. having said that, the hotel very much respects its own rules and the music was stopped well before the curfew time.

The first place we felt welcomed in Colombia! The staff are so lovely here. The rooms are big, beautiful, and stylish. The rooftop views are excellent with a lovely bar and restaurant. It’s in a great area of Medellin. We were very comfortable here.
On the Sunday during our stay, we just wanted to relax by the pool in the morning, but there was a pool party organised with very loud music and lots of people. I know some people would love it, it just wasn’t our thing.
