Die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt ist sehr gut. Es ist nicht zu belebt, sodass man auch Ruhe zum Schlafen hat. In der Nähe gibt es Bars, Restaurants und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt im Innenhofbereich und ist sehr ruhig.
Es gibt leider nur zwei Tassen. Ansonsten ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, also für 4 Personen, eher klein und ein bisschen beengt. Für 2-3 Übernachtungen aber ok. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist sehr klein. Einzelne Fahrzeuge sind nachts störend.
