La situación y que la cama era muy cómoda. Estaba todo bastante limpio.
No pudimos entrar en la habitación hasta cerca de las cuatro. La plataforma del check in era muy engorrosa y además no habían terminado de prepararla. La habitación daba a la calle y era difícil dormir por el ruido al no estar bien insonorizada. Por la tarde también se oían ruidos que impedían descansar, no sé si de unas escaleras interiores o de las chicas de la limpieza trabajando.
No había ningún sitio en el baño para depositar los artículos de aseo. El lavabo no tenía encimera.
ISG tiene más alojamientos en Sevilla. Cuando avisamos de la llegada nos mandaron la ubicación de otro sitio y a otro parking por dos veces. Poca amabilidad para dejarnos entrar a las 3 de la tarde. Avisamos el día anterior de que llegábamos algo antes.

Recently renovated and well equipped apartment: Beautiful and spacious with a pleasant little terrace.
Totally unflexible: by accident I made a mistake with my booking and booked for 2 night but the booked started one day later than we had our trip. They couldn't provide another room, helps us with finding another hotel, store our luggage, or give us a discount (even a small one) on the second night that we obviously didn't use.
Their was a look of space between the door and the floor which gave a lot of light and noise in the morning, and of course didn't contribute to the cleanness.
Additionally, the drain of shower was clocked, which we immediately reported but nobody came by to fix it.
