Located in Playa Blanca, this lovely villa for $260 per night is a great option for your next break. Villa Del Sol is on the private residential area of Montana Roja (Red Volcano) in Playa Blanca, which is overlooked by the stunning extinct Red Mountain Volcano and has magnificent sea views. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool, A/C and FREE WiFi. The property has a private electrically heated pool and to ensure your privacy we have built a beautiful Piedra wall from volcanic laver all around the garden, so you are private for swimming or sunbathing. To keep the traditional feel of a Spanish holiday we have designed a BBQ built in the old tradition on the terrace, with a preparation area to the side, including a sink and covered area. The upper terrace has an attractive fence with gates which is excellent for parents with young children, to stop them wondering unsupervised to the swimming pool. Inside the villa we have designed it to cater for as wide a consideration of all ages as possible, and is furnished with a mixture of traditional and modern, to give a really luxurious feel, both in English and Spanish furniture. The property has a large flat screen TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + most of the main SKY channels including the movies & sports), DVD player (DVD's Not Supplied). From the beautiful lounge area, you have patio doors which open up on the upper sun terrace over looking the pool, as does the en-suite bedroom. The villa has a superbly designed and equipped modern kitchen. Included in the kitchen is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, toaster & kettle. The en-suite master bedroom with its super kingsize bed has patio doors leading directly on to the sun terrace. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third room is a twin room. All bedrooms have shutters with built in Mosquito nets fitted. Each bedroom is fitted with individual Air-conditioning units that also act as dehumidifiers or air purifiers for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather. They work on a coin meter system and are available to all guests. Both free standing and ceiling fans are included in the basic villa price. Clean linen and towels are provided each week including beach towels. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa. A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices. PLEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £400 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.

Fabulous villa with lots of space and open views to sea ( in distance) and Montana Roja. Pool excellent. Temperature perfect and very clean. Kitchen well equipped and beds comfortable. Felt sad to be leaving… The sun loungers were somewhat uncomfortable and showing their age.

The booking and communication was great. Directions and accommodation details made things nice and easy. Kids loved the villa and pool. Everyone we met was really friendly. Quick responses to any queries was appreciated. We all had a great holiday (family of 4).

Having stayed at this villa many years ago the upgrades are fantastic the outside is really lovely, also a beautiful new en suite.Also with an alarm system we felt very safe. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would ever need. Booked again for next year can’t wait to return. Would love a full length mirror and also better lighting outside on the driveway as it was very dark coming back at night and around the pool area.

We've just come back from a 2 week holiday in Villa Del Sol. We also stayed here last year too! Excellent villa. Lovely size for our party (4 adults and 2 children). Pool cleaned regularly (tuesday and Fridays). Kitchen well equipped with plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery. Washing machine and dish washer very handy. Beds very comfy. Perfect location. 10-15 min walk to Flamingo beach where there is supermarket, bars and restaurants. 30 min walk to centre of Playa Blanca. Waterpark right across the road from the villa. Cool bag/box and ice blocks to take water etc to the beach.

Our family spent 2 weeks at this amazing villa, we cannot fault it. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was provided the villas now team was great, they was on hand when we needed anything. The views were perfect. Quiet location.

This is our third visit to Villa Del Sol. We love the location and outside space. The upgrades to the balcony and pool deck were lovely, we hope to see the completed roof terrace on a future visit. Although the en-suite upgrade is lovely, we were disappointed that the villa no longer has a bath. This caused an issue with our three year old who does not like showers. In the kitchen you can not control the gas on the hob - it’s either on or off and the toaster doesn’t work properly.

We have lost how many times we have returned to this villa we love it that much, we love the location, the layout and how everything is in walking distance. We decided to stay for a full month this year, being in the villa for the full month you realise how much the changes effected us, in our opinion we feel that one of the best features of the villa has been taken away, the BBQ area was one of our best areas to sit at night time, eat our dinner and play cards, the lighting was good the whole area was a special area, with that area not their anymore we didn't enjoy it so much, the new BBQ position and the seating area was not to our liking, with no lighting in place it was impossible to sit in the area in the evening, lighting should have been a number one priority when moving the BBQ.

Very comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated. TV with various channels, good wi fi. Nice pool and patio area with comfortable furniture. Well equipped kitchen. The slow cooker and blender were a nice bonus. We used it several time. Great to come in to a cooked meal once we had prepared it. The wok and frying pans could do with replacing. The dishwasher did not really clean the dishes properly. But we were fine to wash up. Also 2 sets of towels would be nice plus a bath mat in the second bathroom. And last a mirror in the other double bedroom.

Very clean, well equipped villa in great location. Good quality towels & bedding. Outdoor space excellent with quality furniture & great BBQ. Welcome pack a nice touch. Instructions for switching off villa alarm would have been useful on arrival! Replacement of ripped canopy needed. Provision of a couple of euro coins for air con would be useful to start the week.

The accommodation was well laid out . Pool and surrounding area excellent . Good location. Some of the cooking pans could do with replacing eg. Frying pans and wok. Sun loungers could be in need of replacing 2 were split and 1 actually collapsed while being used.

Everything about this villa was as wondedful and had everything you could possibly want, the outside space was ample and well maintained and the deck area was a great addition with comfy seating in the shade. Inside was immaculate and the villa had everything you would need, the welcome pack was very well received as we arrived late. The location is great, on a quiet street, and 10 minutes for a walk to flamingo area and probably another 15 to playa blanca centre. We were lucky enough to meet the owners whilst there and they were very helpful and accomodating. We had a few small issues on arrival which were sorted promptly the next day by villas now reps. No real negatives about the villa, the only thing we would have liked was a brush and pan to clean the tiled living/kitchen space as we saw fit.

Absolutely loved this Villa ...10/10!!. It was clean, modern and although located about 25 minutes walk outside the main Playa Blanca, it was a lovely 25 mins walk. We did have a little trouble checking in as unknown to me, all the check in details were sent to my email spam box and I missed it...one to look out for in future!! I can only suggest a text message be sent as a back up in future. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would seriously consider coming back again in the future. Thanks to all for our memories of Lanzarote. (PS...As a family, we discussed that the pool would look lovely and usable if it could be lit up for the evenings).

Excellent villa

Great villa, spotlessly clean, great outside space and furniture. Pool cleaned twice in the week. Only negative, pool Jacuzzi area not working as advertised. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return.
