Muy céntrico, muy bien comunicado con la playa y el centro de la ciudad. Te ponen un kit básico en la cocina, equipada perfectamente, al igual que el aseo. El personal muy agradable, nos facilitaron una sombrilla.
No está muy bien insonorizado, se escucha todo entre los diferentes apartamentos. La entrada tiene que ser a la hora que ellos indican, aunque el apartamento esté limpio antes puedes entrar pero pagando y lo mismo a la salida, si quieres atrasarla y solo por dos horas más.

gute und saubere Betten, gutes Bad. Alle sehr sauber. Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen. Gut funktionierende Dunstabzugshaube. Schallschutzfenster. Lage am Rand der historischen Altstadt und dicht zum Strand des neueren Stadt-Teils (toller, ewig langer Strand!)
Das Haus ist sehr lebhaft - und die Außentür knallt heftig (Das stört andere sicher wenig - aber ich hatte die Wohnung direkt neben der Haustür im Erdgeschoss) Ich habe dies der Dame, die das Haus versorgt gesagt (man müsste nur den Schließer anders einstellen...) - aber es ist nichts geschehen. Bei offenem Fenster hat mich der Lärm von der Strasse gestört - aber die Fenster isolieren gut. Im Sommer fände ich es schwierig.

Superbe appartement, très confortable et bien équipé . Accueil souriant devant l appartement, et explications utiles pour le bon déroulé du séjour. Très bien situé à deux pas de la promenade le long de la mer, du centre historique, de la ville moderne et même de la gare.... réaction rapide en cas de soucis (petit problème de plomberie réparé dans la foulée.

When we found some small bugs, they gave us another flat in the building, but only for 3/4 nights, because they were booked... On the other side we didn't receive a refund for the last day and we needed to book somewhere else (we didn't take the risk of an eventual bed bugs)... The view from the rooftop is beautiful.
There was a lot of hair in the bed, bathroom, even though they said that it was cleaned... As we claimed this in front of the responsable person, we were told that if we look everywhere, we are not going to find too many flats... But cleaned it means something else for us... Apart from the thin walls, which let the voices from the neighbors to be heared.
