The apartment is very clean and has what you need for a short stay. After a couple of weeks on the road the washing machine was handy! Wifi works well. The photos of the inside on the listing are accurate, no surprises there. The location is very handy to Mitsukoshi, Uptown BGC and a Wildflour cafe (yum yum). Great communications with the owner who kindly let me drop my bags off early so I was able to wander around without my luggage. Met some friendly owners/neighbours in the elevator, good vibes.
The reason I had to say my expectations were not met - I chose this unit over other similar ones in the area because of the photos of the POOL, which looks amazing. I was very much looking forward to spending some quality time in that beautiful pool. Imagine my devastation when I found out on registering/check in at the property that guests are not allowed in the pool on weekends and on Mondays it is closed for cleaning. This was the entire duration of my stay. Looking at Google reviews, this is a well known "feature" of the building - I think for transparency of this listing, that information should be prominently displayed to avoid disappointment. I am fine with the building policy of owners taking weekend priority, but this should be known to potential guests before booking.
