Dana was very helpful and accommodating - thank you, Dana and hotel staff at The Residences BCCT! We would def continue recommending booking.com and include the hotel - great experience including the rooftop bar that opens late and has yummy foods, too! Ohh and the pool is beautiful with an amazing view! The location of the hotel is perfect especially across the SM Aura Mall and only a slight walking distance to Market Market! On another note, please don't lose your room key...thankfully, though we lost ours, Dana was quick to respond and assist by providing a spare and advising of the terms for acquiring a new key.

Great central location. Very secure and good shopping area. Great gym. Roof top pool was nice.
I didn’t realise I could only watch utube. The unit is clean but getting in need of a freshen up with a few marks and small holes in walls.
