Amazing location by Gran Via close to everything
Train from airport then metro from N Minesterios to Plaza Espanya a short walk to the apt
Clear check in instructions and they even accommodated for late night check in no hassle
Offered to leave my bags after check out
Amazing staffs who always responded promptly

Central location, had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
There was a washing machine but no laundry detergent (not even 1 pod). There was a Nespresso machine but no Nespresso pods! We were only there 2 days so didn’t want to buy laundry detergent or coffee pods! Hotel should at least have a basic starter pack.
