My favorite place to stay in Qatar. The hotel is superb, the facilities are great, staff is exceptional. Came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and they offered us a complimentary cake and some snacks which made our stay even more memorable. Special shoutout to Rhitesh for his wonderful manners and always being available to help with whatever, and to Tasnim for being such a great hostess. Not my first and definitely not my last stay I love this place.
No matter how long I stay it’s never long enough and I’m always sad to leave.

The property is very new and very beautiful. My room was really lovely and a small gift was left for me at turn down which was a really nice touch. There was a very spacious lobby and the breakfast was really great, especially upstairs in the Italian restaurant. The pool play area was great for kids and there was always a cabana available for our group. There was chilled water by the pool which was much appreciated. Most of the staff were very friendly. The sushi samba restaurant was really good quality.
I raised my issues to the hotel manager while I was at the hotel. There was a significant amount of construction going on by the pool. I would suggest to call the hotel and see if this has been completed before you book and if it has not then I would not recommend staying here. There is significant construction work going on in front of and behind the pool area. Firstly this was incredibly noisy (chain saws on metal, diggers, lorry’s reversing) all day. More importantly this posed a danger to the child in our group. Sparks from the construction were landing on the pathway next to the pool where children were playing and nearly hit the child we were travelling with. The lifeguard had to yell at the workers to stop so we could walk past. We raised this 4 times with hotel management (over message, in person by the pool, once at the front desk and once with the hotel manager). I asked if they could simply block the path so no children would run past the construction site and be at risk and nothing happened. I asked the manager why we weren’t notified there would be significant construction work done while we were visiting and he said this was not possible through booking.com (when I had been contacted by them on booking.com and via WhatsApp before my stay). Our concerns were just batted away my the staff. This will be a lovely hotel once they finish building it but for now we wished we had stayed elsewhere.
