Everything was excellent. The stay was very comfortable, the hotel was beautiful, and the service and overall experience were great.
The only issue was that the air conditioning was a little warm and the room did not cool as much as expected. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The view, the food, and the in-room dining and butler service teams are perfect.
The hotel design feels overly extravagant, but when it comes to details and comfort, a lot is missing. The room layout is inconvenient and makes moving between areas unnecessarily complicated. I also expected better coordination between the hotel teams. When I asked for a late checkout, I was told it wasn’t possible, which I respected, so I rushed to prepare and be ready on time. However, despite that, I ended up being delayed because the security team took around twenty minutes to arrive, and when they did, they couldn’t open the safe. Later, while I was leaving with the luggage team, they asked me again to “wait for security”!! As a guest, I shouldn’t be the one waiting for them! it should be the other way around.
*By the way, their safety box doesn’t have any instructions. It’s the first time in my life I’ve seen this in a hotel.
