Comfortable room with large bed and bathroom. Good tea/coffee selection tray. NIce decor.
Lighting in room was a bit dim. Some night-time noise from kitchen equipment below. Breakfast area in pub had not been properly cleaned/bussed since night before, some dirty glasses left lying, chips lying on floor, etc. Limited breakfast options and we were not asked if would like more toast/coffee etc. Outdoor areas in need of a bit of maintenance and tidying.
