La propiedad siempre está muy limpia, la comida es excelente y el personal es muy profesional y amable. Lo repetiría sin duda. Hacen muchas actividades. El buffet es muy variado.

Lo que no me gustó es que en el buffet la máquina del café dejó de funcionar y no lo arreglaron por 3 días pero aún así el café no faltó ya que hay una cafetería.

The facility was very accommodating with the all-inclusive feel! You have everything you need. The food trucks!! I love tacos and omg!! Coffee spot! Drinks! Yes all I needed…lol!! All staff we encountered were friendly. Our room was huge and very clean. Loved every moment. Just a nice relaxing time…One suggestion is to bring back the spa. I read that it was closed down. Didn’t get to experience that and would have really made the trip even more top tier! Looking from the outside you would have never thought, so don’t judge!! Just try it - We loved it!

Was nice and clean

In general, the stay was good. For example, the food was well prepared and delicious, but the problems with the pool that they take out of you because of any raindrop and that you can't be in it after dark, I don't think it's fair. Because you don’t have any more options that the hotel . For example You can sign a paper at the reception then exempting the hotel from any responsibility to be in the pool at late hours and a bar with 24 hours because you are on vacation and the hotel is designed so that you do not leave there. the excursions the price is fair but if you go in group of persons you can’t go all group because the limit of capacity but at the same time the don’t have another boat . If you go your family It stands to reason that you want go out everyone together. And the last one some people of the staff is no friendly with the costumer they have to learn that in this world everybody is different and they have to deal with it.Thanks
