Villa Bella Vista is an ideal family villa located on the Vale De Milho golf complex and overlooks the 6th green. The three bedroom spacious villa is in an elevated position with excellent views and south facing pool, allowing sun all day. The villa has a large private heated pool which is not overlooked. The pool area has a large covered gazebo seating area served by a charcoal BBQ. In addition the roof terrace is perfect for sundowners after a busy day relaxing. The spacious villa has three bedrooms, one master en-suite and two separate bedrooms with bathroom. The villa is also set up for children, with crib and high chair. There is a large living room area, dining room and kitchen with all the amenities. The villa has satellite TV and complimentary wifi. It is served by a team to ensure your stay is relaxing. Isabelle the housekeeper visits the property three days a week and can assist with any laundry requirements, all linen and towels are provided. There is a pool man (Tony) and gardeners visit once a week. The villa can accommodate more guests, available on request. Overall the villa is in a beautiful position, with a private enclosed child safe pool. The outdoor seating area is perfect for evening BBQs and with easy access to shops, restaurants and sporting activities it makes the ideal family holiday. Sports: The villa is located on Vale De Milho golf course and overlooks the 6th green. The 9-hole par 3 course is ideal for adults and children alike with very reasonable club rental and lessons which is a short 5 minute drive or walk across the course, it is open to all players. Tennis courts are located in Rocha Brava and available to hire for a small fee, approx. 5 minute walk. Beach: Praia de Vale Centeanes a beautiful sheltered beach is located a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. There is a beach restaurant and bar and pedalo hire, parking is available if you are travelling with lots of beach towels and toys!

Our stay was fantastic. Julian and his team really went above and beyond to ensure our stay ran smoothly. We travelled with two small infants (11 months and 17 months) and everything was there for us. It really is a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, Tupperware, pots and pans. There are plenty of towels and the space is really well thought out. The pool is lovely and great for children! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and family

This was our second stay at Julian’s villa, and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely location and fabulous outdoor space. Julian is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries, and Luana the housekeeper was lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to return again!

Stayed in quite a few villas in the Carvoeiro area over the last 30 years and this has been the best value for money.
Ideal for our family of 6 and super fast WiFi to help with my workcation.
Quiet area with the town a short drive. Also loved the handy access to the golf course.

We're a family of four and loved our stay at Villa Bella Vista. The host, Julian, is extremely helpful and replied to any queries we had almost instantly. The villa is in a beautiful neighbourhood with lovely views, especially from the roof terrace. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed, even providing beach towels and umbrellas. There is a decent shop nearby and larger supermarkets just a few minutes drive away. The nearest beach is walking distance, with the main Carvoeiro town area and beach also just a few minutes by car. We didn't play golf this time but the little course looked decent. We went to the clubhouse for coffee in the morning and it is a great spot to relax and look out over the surrounding area. Our week there was just perfect and I can't fault it in any way. I highly recommend this villa.

We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa.
The host, Julian, was extremely helpful and responsive and dealt with questions within minutes of emailing.
The villa was immaculate and the housekeeper Luana was lovely.
We love the area and there are a handful of restaurants in walking distance. It is also easy to drive or get an Uber into town which costs less thank 6 euros.
Air conditioning would be an added bonus but there are fans in all the rooms so this would only be an issue for some.
Julian really has thought of everything and we would be happy to stay at this villa again.

It's been few years I do not had such feeling of time passing more slowly! The pleasure of taking your time and having everything at your doorstep :
- Swimming pool heated allowing from morning to night
- Vale Centianes Beach at 6 min walk - Small shortcut next to the house leading directly to the road next to the beach avoiding the detour
- A fully operational kitchen
- A beautiful and relaxing view over the sea on the ground floor and on the roof!
- Security around the swimming pool for people having babies and little kids
- BBQ everywhere (swimming pool, roof, and on a patio)
- Regular intervention of the housekeeper and the swimming pool specialist - perfect maintenance
A very good time with family and the pleasure to avoid taking car often to go to the beach and running everywhere. Thanks Julian for this very good experience on your villa and hope to renew again next year!

Lovely villa the biggest let down was no air con which we were told about but the cooling fans supplied very old noisy and inadequate. And the infestation of ants was a shame.

Absolutely fantastic villa
Have stayed here before and luckily managed to get it for 2 weeks this year, it’s a brilliant place. Location is fantastic, villa Soave brilliant with fantastic outside spaces and beautiful pool. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. Five star!!!

...also appreciated all the extra provided features as beach umbrellas, sun towels, electronic devices, variety of kitchen utilities, outdoor spaces, cleaning, snack in the fridge at arrival etc, that all together made us feel at home.

Everything in this Villa was superb - communication from day 1 - so good despite us having some drama due to Covid - cancelling and having to re-book - it was all done with such understanding.
The pictures of the villa are very accurate but nothing captures the sheer level of kick back and relaxation that each of these areas provide - the upper deck for sunset drinks, balcony for brekkie, the BBQ areas.
Superb cleanliness and housekeeping provided and extremely helpful on the ground management when we needed some information.
We are a family with 3 grown up children - the WIFI and entertainment package was beyond anything we might have anticipated - and instead of getting us lost in screens brought us together to watch a few old classics.
Area, location superb- access to lovely restaurants, beaches, activities- hiking - all in abundance and plenty information in welcome pack to guide you.
A huge thank you to the whole team for what was a superb holiday for us.

Incredible Villa
This was our second stay at this incredible villa.
In these challenging times, our family had the opportunity to get together and enjoy this wonderful, peaceful, private and special place. Those moments enjoying the heated swimming pool and the ones by the pool enjoying the Algarve’s sun were fantastic.
These were the vacation we wanted and needed to prepare ourselves to deal with what we are likely to face in the near future.
Mrs Isabel is a very kind and professional person, always concerned with our welfare.
Julian was just an email away… always replied to our emails and requests promptly.
Looking forward to book again next year.

Superb villa - highly recommend
WE have just spent a week in this fantastic villa on the Rocha Brava Golf Resort. We couldn’t rate this villa highly enough (I almost don't want to so it might be available next time we want to rent one!). The owner was really helpful beforehand and kept us up to date all along. The villa is perfect being near the golf course as its not overlooked at all and is very peaceful. However, its only a 10 minute walk to the beach (using the ladder route through the terrace houses at the end of the road) and also 5 minutes to the local shop, cafe and restaurant. It really is a fab location. The villa itself is brilliant and is the owner has paid lots of attention to detail as nothing was missing - it clearly is a loved home and you are allowed to enjoy it as the owners do! There were loads of sun loungers and parasols for everyone. The outside spaces were phenomenal with a wonderful roof terrace for evenings, quiet shady spaces during the day and beautiful eating spaces (3 or 4) all around the villa. Isobel came 3 times to clean the villa and she does a brilliant job - you really feel very spoilt after she has been as the whole villa is spruced up again in super quick timing. All in all , a brilliant break from the Covid world of 2020 and one that we cannot thank Julian enough for by allowing us to rent his amazing villa. Hoping to go back in the not to distant future.

9 days of sunshine
Enjoyed our stay. Lovely secluded villa with a great pool. The pool is big and the patio is spacious with lots of different places to sit. Lovely views to the sea, particularly from the roof terrace. Villa was well equipped, it was so nice to have enough crockery to make using the dishwasher worthwhile. Plenty of plates and bowls etc. Julian was very responsive right from booking to check out, with lots of helpful advice. We did find it a little difficult to find, even though we had what good instructions. Could just have been us. A suggestion for another way to help people, as postcodes don't work well in the area, would be to use the What3Words app. Nice restaurants within walking distance, just check which days they close so as not to be disappointed. This may not apply in full summer, but we visited Sept/Oct. Thanks to the other reviewer regarding the short cut and ladder, the trip to the beach was shortened. We hired a car and visited many different places further afield during our stay, as well as enjoying cliff top walks nearby, direct from the villa. Then back to the pool for the afternoon to cool down. We did a mix of self catering and eating out, there are plenty of options and we made use of one of the 3 BBQs a couple of times. It was nice that beach parasols had been left for visitors to use, as well as there being plenty for use round the pool. Would not hesitate to stay again should be come to the Algarve.

The week we were at the Villa was amazing, we have enjoyed very much.
It was just the vacations we needed, a place: to be with family, with privacy, tranquillity, with a lot of sun and heated swimming pool was a plus.
We want to emphasize what we have enjoyed the most at the Villa: well-equipped kitchen with many and diverse accessories; heated swimming pool; and we felt that the Villa has a good and positive energy.
We can't forget the lovely dinners outside watching the sunset.
Instructions document is very clear; we had no problems in arriving and with the codes.
A compliment to Isabel, a very kind and professional person. She made the difference in our stay.
Julian replied to all emails promptly.
Hope we can book Villa again next year.

Magical Holiday
We have just returned from the most memorable stay at Villa Bella Vista. The Villa was very clean, in a quiet but great location , within walk of a few restaurants and the lovely beach and cliff top walk at Cetianes. The pool was larger than we’d expected and heated to a beautiful temperature. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the roof terrace was magical. Communication with the owner Julian was fantastic, he always replied very quickly to any messages. The maid Isobel was lovely and happy to help. All in all we had a truly wonderful holiday experience, which we cannot wait to repeat.

Very calm and lovely place
Everything was perfect, pool is quite big, kitchen is well equipped, a lot of space to relax, you can watch how golfers are playing live. 800 m to the beach, if you don’t afraid to climb small ladders through the fence. First two nights it was hot to sleep (air conditioning would add value to this property), but wen temperature is less than 22C at night it’s ok. We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this vila.

Family Holiday 25 June to 08 July 19
An excellent Holiday. We are a family of five adults and the villa provided us with all that we needed. It was very spacious well equipped and a great location. It was great to relax by the pool and dip when got too hot. Sitting on the roof terrace early morning and late evening watching the sun rise and set was special.
We did not hire a car used the buses, taxis and walked. Used the taxis the most which we found reasonably priced. Used to get into Carvoeiro and to make large shopping trips to Aldi. Also used taxis for the airport transfer which Julian helped organise.
Customer service was excellent, Julian replied to all emails promptly and gave very helpful responses. Most were answered within an hour or two. Even when at the villa his assistance was proactive and timely. Can not fault. The maid Isobel was very friendly and sweet and pleased to help. The management agency was helpful and provided some useful goodies on arrival . Slight down side was did need their help late one night so called the emergency number yet did not get any response until the next morning. However thankfully Julian was contactable.
We self catered so did not use the local restaurants yet Julios always seemed popular just a 10mins walk away. Local small shop at Rocha Brava resort was expensive so only brought essentials there . So went to supermarkets for most of our food supplies.
We had enough to keep us entertained - played a few games of golf on the adjacent course, spent time on the local beach, coast line walks and a fun high powered motor boat tour to the caves along the coast.
There was no air conditioning yet this did not bother us during the time we stayed at the villa. There was a nice breeze every day so by keeping the shutters closed yet windows open at night sleeping was comfortable.
So overall this was an excellent holiday past expectations and certainly would highly recommend

Outstanding villa
We were so pleased with the villa, more than big enough for five of us. The outside terrace and pool area is also a good size and the rooftop terrace is a beautiful touch. We loved the choice of three bbq areas and the lovely touch of welcome essentials!
Location wise it’s great if you don’t like the crowds, secluded overlooking a golf course. So out of the way that the taxi’s struggles to find us!
The saying “you get what you pay for” is so true and apt for this villa, we absolutely loved it and would definitely look to book it again if we return.
As a side note, we were so impressed with the aftercare. The poolman has forgotten to clean the pool during the week and as we suffered the after effects of the nearby forest fires we had a lot of ask falling on us. A quick email to the owner and within the hour the poolman arrived, very impressed. We also asked for extra fans and were sorted the next day and on checkout (530am!) the prebooked taxi was late as it couldn't find us, but even at this time a text message to the owner in the UK resulted in him phoning us and the taxi company. We really were impressed with this excellent customer service

Amazing villa!
Have just returned from a relaxing stay at this fantastic villa.
The property is ideally situated in a peaceful location overlooking the golf course.
The property itself is spotlessly clean thanks to the adorable Isobel and the heated pool was just perfect.
The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch.
We will be returning very soon.

Just great
My Girlfriend and I are frequent visitors to the area so we tend not to travel around sightseeing but rather relax by the pool reading. This we were able to do perfectly. The pool, as promised, was warm by Portuguese standards, Bath hot by UK standards, it was wonderful. The villa was spotlessly clean and remained so as the amazing Isabel visited three times a week to clean. She is very sweet and did a great job. All in all, a fab place for our 10 day rest, thank you.

Good value for money
Everything was as promised and the villa, especialy the pool, was just what we expected. Proximity to restaurants etc is very good but a car is recommended to really appreciate the area fully. Arrangements with the owner were very good indeed. Privacy was not an issue being so close to the VDM golf course although they do cut the grass rather alot! Good attention to detail with facilities in the villa, ideal for 6 people.

We stayed at this wonderful villa for 2 weeks , last August.
We visit Carvoeiro every year but it is our first time at this villa and we can't wait to go back.
The Owner , Julian, the agency which runs the property , the employers who clean , take care of the garden and swimming pool are all exceptional professionals and very polite funny and kind. The villa is situated in the very popular area of Vale do Milho/Rocha Brava surrounded by close stunning beaches , restaurants with live music , little supermarket and so close to the town of Carvoeiro.
The villa itself is very well maintained , large rooms and very well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool is heated and it's amazing how nice the temperature gets allowing a wonderful midnight swim looking up to the stars.
It has an amazing barbecue and plenty of tables inside and outside to choose from.
Julian , the owner, makes sure one feels at home an indeed we did.
I highly recommend this villa to spend your holiday winter or summer. It was just marvelous (they have fireplace for the winter s time ) and we can't wait to go back. next year .

Explored local beaches and town plus local slide and splash, with plenty to do or just laze about as you wish.

Idyllic
Excellent property, had everything we needed. Very clean and maid visited 3 times a week. Superb roof terrace 2 BBQ's. Pool a good size and ample seating/lounging. Plenty of cutlery and crockery etc. Peaceful location but not remote so a range of options for eating out etc within easy reach. Good beach nearby with food and drink available.

Gorgeous!
We were a party of three adults and two teenage boys. Driving from Faro airport the villa was Initially a little tricky to find but using the Lighthouse restaurant as a point of reference helped enormously. The villa was everything we had hoped for and more. It was beautifully clean and spacious and lot of thought has gone into providing things such as travel adaptors and a well equipped kitchen. The balcony and pool area are completely private with the most beautiful view and the gazebo the perfect lunch spot.
There are a number of restaurants and bars in the area, breakfast at Earth and 6pm G&Ts on the terrace of The Tivoli Hotel are definitely recommended.
We all had a wonderfully relaxed holiday.

This villa is deceiving the picture s on the site don't do it justice the space inside and out is exceptional huge roof terrace the pool s a lot bigger than I thought nice layout I don't think it mentions on suit or separate toilet or separate shower in on suit 2 BBQ areas built in wardrobe s I could go on all day all the family loved it would recommend very clean and tidy

Excellent accommodation, great location
Communication prior to arrival was prompt, detailed and friendly.
The accommodation was lovely and clean. The pool and outdoor areas were beautiful. Enjoyed not being overlooked and was a proper little suntrap.
A short walk to the nearest restaurant which had very friendly service with lots of other restaurants very near by.
A small shop near the neighbouring holiday lets was convenient but expensive.
We didn't hire a car but was cheap enough by taxi to get in to the town centre which had everything we needed. It is worth noting to mention the villa is behind Julios restaurant as taxi drivers were unable to locate due to lack of street names. Our airport taxi struggled too but it did give a free tour
