Room was nice. Housekeeper rude as I was leaving. I had to step back into the elevator so he could get on before I could get out. No bathroom in lobby but very reasonable price

I had an absolute great stay here. Stayed for 7 days, the room was always freshened up, desk clerks were very helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again!!!

Hot water in the tub was only a small stream so couldn’t take a shower and the phone didn’t work

Very noisy, people talking outside our room all hours. Room not very clean. Breakfast we didn’t even stay for, only 1 waffle maker and a line to use it. Coffee was bad. Didn’t like that you had to pay an extra $100. Deposit. And hope that they credit you back for it.

I wanted a warm place to sleep but that didn't happen! I spent the night wrapped up in the covers fully clothed. I'll be sleeping in my van from now on.

door to room itself barely closed. bathroom door didn’t have a knob, bottom corner looked like it had been chewed off and if you pulled on it just a little too hard it split in half. everything was brown and stained. disgusting place.

Check-in legitimately took 20 minutes for a booked and prepaid room. The room itself was disgusting. Stains on the carpet, towels, sheets, and pillowcases. In addition, everything was dusty and covered in a sticky film, especially the desk and bathroom sink. Multiple hairs from different people were found in the bed and shower respectively. On the first floor, you could hear everyone walking by, talking on the phone, and filling up at the nearby gas station. You could also smell everyone smoking outside the room. We felt very unsafe and very dirty due to the state of the room. They had us make a $100 deposit incase we smoked in a non-smoking room as if the smell of the room could get any worse. We have yet to get that deposit back. I cannot believe a place like this can even pass any health/safety code and will never return.

This property was disgusting. Soap buildup a 1/2” thick on tub spout and side of tub. Both couch cushions stained with animal pee and fur, cigarette holes in comforter and couch, had to hold phone jack in the wall to make a call that dropped, bed was extremely lumpy, security bolt was coming loose from door frame, took nearly 30 minutes to check in 3 people, continental breakfast was severely lacking, completely unattended front desk at check out, lack of concern related to my complaints about cleanliness.

Hotel room saw a roach crawl across the desk - not long after entering. Front desk claimed this had not been an issue in the past. I agreed to give the benefit of the doubt - switched rooms. Later found a roach in the dresser drawers. When i went to check out at 5 pm since obviously it was a problem - I was told they had to charge me for a night's rent. Ridiculous. I got my credit card paid back but not the points I used for the trip from Hotels.com. Ridiculous- I lost out for their lack of cleaning and lack of pest control.

Stayed here for one night and won’t stay here again. A lot of movement from people walking back and forth outside. Seen way to many cockroaches. The staff was nice.
Did not eat breakfast due to the amount of cockroaches I seen.

Arrived and was given a room that had police congregated around the door arresting someone. Asked to be relocated to another room as far away as possible & was given room on same floor with broken bar lock from being kicked in.
Changed rooms again to one stains and mold on every lampshade, cigarette burns on bed, stains on sheets and couch, smell of marijuana, trash left under bed, flaking paint and incomplete wall repairs. Accepted room as it was quite late and went to sleep to be awakened at 2:45am by front desk calling room asking if it was occupied. Clerical error indicated we were still in a different room and mystery late night ohone call was distressing enough to feel the need to confirm at desk. Desk staff was unspologetic and passed disturbance off to last clerk rather than offer any remedy.

There was red paint, red crayon or blood in the chair in to room. We sat it outside. The property is very run down inside and out. Wyndham should be ashamed for putting their name on this place. Water pressure was great for showering. Pool was good. Needs a good power washing all over and lots of repairs and repainting. There was a semi and a bunch of stuff u see tarps in the side parking lot. People were nice. Charged us a $100 deposit on top of our booking rate from Expedia. Refunded when we left.

Very disappointed in this place. I have stayed before but it has been a couple of years. Almost half of the TV channels did not work properly (not stable, jittery or just not available). The local ABC affiliate was listed in the channel guide but when you went to that channel it would say NOT AUTHORIZED. The information in the "Guide" did not match some of the channel lineup. Had maintenance issues. Two lights were out. One should have been obvious when the light in the bathroom sink area was turned on. Hotels.com shows free breakfast. At best it was a low quality continental breakfast. I will say that the AC was able to keep the room cool and comfortable even with the 100 degree temps. Response to the maintenance issues was good.

The hotel is dirty all outside , trash in every corner, the look from the room , the safety look broken by force, but nobody was to fixing, was that way when we check in , went to recepción only one person and was helping someone over the phone 10 minutos later still over the phone another customer walk in and I give up

The swimming pool was in decent shape. The surrounding brick work was in need of repair. Wooden portions on the second level near the walkway were visibly broken and in need of repair. The duct work in the bathroom was caked with dirt. I'm not not talking dust but a heavy accumulation of dirt. The bathroom door was splintered near the floor. One of the two screws on the safety latch at the entry to the room was so loose you could pull it out with your finger tips. The chair next to the bed was worn to the point the design on the armrest was rubbed off. The glass housing the outside fire extinguisher was broken. The replacement date for the extinguisher was December 2022. The breakfast was very sparse. The room was quite likely due to the business being half empty. The price was reasonable but would never stay here again. There is no way anyone would give this place a 4 or 5 star rating unless friends or family.

Our company opted to put one of our tenants along with her newborn and her other young child in the Baymont by Wyndham located at 100 Northcreek Blvd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072
Upon entering the hotel room, the tenant stated, "after arrival, there were cockroaches in the room, dirty socks under the bed, and what looked to be unsanitary stains all throughout the room. I stayed 5 minutes and left."
We reached out to the hotel directly and spoke with the manager Mike and explained this to him. Mike was short with our staff and stated that he saw nothing wrong and said that he refused to refund our money for that night.
I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service that the manager Mike provided. Additionally, I was embarrassed that we put our trust in this Baymont by Wyndham hotel chain and they let us and our client down.

There was water damage in the room, bugs everywhere, and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. When I called to discuss it, I was told the manager "might be in" later this week.

I waited in line to check in for around a 1/2 hour. There was only 1 worker and he was very slow. He even left the front desk to chase after a lady who had left her credit card there...even with me and 2 other customers behind me waiting. We told him she'd be back to get it...and then she did. But she didn't come for that, one of her keys didn't work, so the guy left again...very unprofessional. Also, the elevator was very hard to find, along with the ice machines. We never did find the elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Rooms were clean, but the manager knocked on our door at 8:00 am wanting dirty towels and checking on toilet paper. We were on vacation and 8:00 am was way too early for a knock on our door.
