Hotel is ok the location is near the Expressway but there are no food places nearby. You have to drive to get something to eat. The internet service is extremely slow if you can get it to work

I left my room at 8 am going to get breakfast return to my room at 930 am my door was wide up n Tha room was clean n my money liquor n a few other things were missing from Tha room they talking about they thought I checked out but how when I still had Tha key worst say ever anywhere

Let's just start with the pictures of the hotel. Those must be old because our room looked like a rat hole. Bathtub was nasty, ceiling was stained, mattress was old and hard. Everything in the room looked old. There was an old guy urinating on the fence at the entrance when we got back from dinner. Think he was living there. Might be the worst place I've ever stayed at. We were just passing through trying to save a few bucks. Should have spent a little more.

Outside of property was beautiful. The room we were given was in need of repair in many areas. The check-in guy was rude. when I asked about breakfast, he said you didn’t pay enough to get breakfast.

Housekeeping comes early, kind of pushy even when you say you don’t want housekeeping while you’re staying or only towels. No coffee pot in room coffee in lobby not available after 9am

Gentleman who worked front desk was awesome. Outside was clean and looked freshly painted. To put simply the rooms need a remodel. The toilet was insecure and wobbled around, shower head was filthy, walls had stains, bathroom painted wall as and ceiling were dirty. Bed was comfortable, cleaning people cleaned well. For the price it’s not bad but I prob would have paid more elsewhere to get a nicer room.

Really bad room. One of the sheets on one of the beds was soiled with diarrhea and the coffee maker filter was filled with floating mold.
Took my concerns to the reception in the morning and they made no offer to compensate our stay.

Right off the interstate. It’s very quiet. Has a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

It was economical and convenient for my needs on this trip. Coffee pot in room was unacceptable and dirty. No coffee in lobby and breakfast options were unappealing.

Horrible experience. Aggressive knocks and entreaty to “open the door!” began at 9:30am and didn’t stop until 11am, checkout time -courtesy of Housekeeping staff. Disrespectful, disruptive, and inappropriate. Air conditioner did not work. Refrigerator did not work. Small

I think this property is actually pretty nice. I needed a smoke free room and was given one. Unfortunately smoking took place heavily in my room. Management tried to dissipate it but I got very little sleep due to the smoke. If I knew I could get in a room with no smoke, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I was there for about a week and a half with my husband and my six year old. There was one morning i was asleep and they literally came in and vacuumed after being asked not to while i was in bed asleep. My experience was horrible. I was watched every time i left my room and the entire stay was uncomfortable. The towels and washcloths are dingy. But they have awesome tv channels.

I had a one night stay and came in very late in the night. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There’s nothing fancy about the place, it’s very basic but I was surprised at how well I slept. The breakfast could be better. For one night it was good.

Had to wait for them to find my paid reservations made through Expedia, Had to keep explaining I had two rooms booked, a king and room with two queen beds. We finally get checked in and when we got to room there was a man coat in room. Took to office. A hour later a couple comes busting in room said it was there room. Husband goes back to office with couple. The office manager trying moving us to second room we had reserved, Husband says no we paid three weeks ago for these two rooms, Other couple was nice enough to move to another room since they had no luggage in room and we did. No washcloth in room. Was two towels and two bath towels in King. Queen room was well stocked.

Run down motel (not hotel) in a semi sketchy part of town. Our original plans were overbooked so we were forced to find alternative accommodations. Glad it was available but wouldn’t stay there again.
