During our visit we were greeted by the manager who stated that staff was not on premises and she was handling the laundry. Breakfast for 2/3 days was late and clearly at a very lower level than that of the third day. Also note that your room is in a separate building and walking to the pool (family travel with kids here) requires going outside. Same with breakfast. So if you like to wear little to the pool, and not change out of your pajamas for breakfast, pick a different place.

We have stayed here before and have had a good stay. Overall the experience has been good. We like that we have a full kitchen, but I wish they would give you more than 2 utensils, plates, bowls, etc....you have to hand wash everything to use again ( not a big deal but it essentially renders the dishwasher useless). The other things in the suite were fine and comfortable. Could have used more than 1 washcloth so I had to go request a second one. Pool and hot tub were fine. Gym was adequate. Two things I would complain about.... first, when I asked for 4 quarters change at the front desk for the washer and dryer, the front desk clerk said they don't give out change and , honestly, was quite rude about it. Secondly, and it may seem minor, but we had freezing rain last night and even at 8:30 the sidewalks were a sheet of ice and they had done nothing to them. I slipped going to the car and right onto my butt.

Great pool and hot tub, nice amount of space in the rooms, even though a bit dated. The beds were comfortable and great having a full kitchen. Breakfast was servicable and made my kids happy.

We had a room with a full kitchen. When I went to make a pot of coffee, I discovered that the coffee pot had not been cleaned in a very long time as there was still a filter with used grounds covered in mold! Lighting was poor in the outdoor walkways and the outdoor stairs were covered with mildew and were very slippery. Our bathtub had a huge brown stain in the middle of it. The area under the kitchen sink was rotten and the fix was a piece of contact paper. The sink had a garbage disposal which had no cover, so items could fall into the disposal. There were two bathrooms, and only one facecloth between the two bathrooms. Overall, just an unkept property. I had high hopes because of the pictures on Expedia. Very disappointed.

We got into the room notice that there is a water bottle half full on the couch, fly dead in the bath tub, tooth floss at the corner of the wall. Went to take shower notice the conditioner bottle is empty. We had a family emergecy to leave the hotel 1 day earlier, hotels.côm told us to talk to receptionist which we did 24 hours before the hotel receptionist said they have no authorization to refund the last day and the manager will be calling us on Tuesday, no one called us, we called today the receptionist told us they can’t process the refund due to the policy, we requested to talk to the manager, the receptionist said I can transfer you but don’t think she is willing to talk to you but I’ll transfer you anyhow, I left a message for the manager and not even a courtesy call to acknowledge that she has received the call. Do not waste your money staying in this hotel, there are so many other nice hotels clean rooms with a great customer service.

The staff were fine for check in but, no one was at the desk after that. I had two minor issues that I could find no one to help resolve. No one at front desk either by phone or when I went to the front desk. This is a security problem too anyone could have just gone into the office.

I was amazed at the quality of service and the quality of the rooms at such a low price. Large, comfortable, clean beds. Walls, floors, counters, furniture… everything kept clean and spotless! Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Full size refrigerator and freezer. Full size dish washer and cooking range. This will definitely be my go to from now on.

The reception was coughing when she arrived at the counter. Room was dirty. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. In front of the toilet was dirty. The vent in the bathroom had dust all over it. Dust webs on the stucco ceiling.

We paid an extra to have a room with a fireplace and we couldn't use it. We chose an hotel with a pool, the pool was closed. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were water damage stains on the ceiling and bathroom door. Bathtub was rusty. Shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. The exterior looked run-down and is in need of major maintenance.

This was a pleasant stay, friendly staff and liked the complimentary breakfast. Disappointed that I looked forward to a glass of OJ, settled for AJ. No decaf coffee either. Loved the cornbeef hash! Spacious room with amenities. Additional expense for fireplace wood so decided to do without Will consider to return in the summer!

The room was outdated and didn’t feel that clean. It had a funky odor that alternated between hotdogs and actual dogs. The downstairs bathroom door didn’t lock and the pull out couch was old. The loft room was convenient tho.

We travel a lot for work “construction”. Our standards really aren’t that high. This place was nasty, stained tub, ceilings and counters. There wasn’t even any soap to wash up after a long day at work. I do not recommend.

It’s a very easy place to get to and from with everything around you. Kitchen is convenient to have, room is clean. Quaint place to stay and easy to travel downtown and walk along church street.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel!! It was rated 3 starts but it’s honestly a dump - or at least the room I got was certainly not worth the $ I paid. There were a lot of stains on the carpet…several of which were sticky, the bathroom had mold in it, pull out sofa had shattered glass on it, and the seal on one of the toilets was broken. Front desk were very nice at trying to help but this room was not in any condition to be given to guests. Unfortunately I booked through hotels.com so getting the issues resolved are cumbersome. I paid almost $500 per night for this dumpy hotel off a highway in VT. To top it all off…there was no daily cleaning service.

staff not efficient on check-in; outside property and landscaping not maintained; not ada compliant, did not know to ask for first floor room beforehand, , had to climb stairs to unit with suitcases and worst of all NO FRONT DESK STAFF WHATSOEVER ON THE PROPERTY Sunday morning from at least 8:30-10:30 a.m., one poor couple were locked out of their room and could not get back in.

I stayed in room 822, I found popcorn on the floor. Also, right outside the door there were two soda containers that someone was using to put out cigarettes after use. Not very pleasing.
