Hotel is fine, but your wallet won't be

The room was confortable and clean...the beds where confortable enough. The windows opened a bit and were not fully locked in. We requested a late checkout, they gave us until 1pm..

Where to start. Stayed on August 9th-10th 2023. 1. Price, I paid $527.00 for ONE night, there was a convention in a place that's normally 250-300. 2. Check in, they could not find my booking.com prepaid reservation, it took one hr. but the lady, who was very pleasant and nice finally figured it out. I was told the incidental deposit was $30.00, gave them my debit card and all set...(so I thought) 3. The main hallways smelled musty 4. Next morning, at 9am, all of the sudden a jet plane is roaring over the hotel, and woke me and my wife up, not in a nice way either. There was also an airshow going on in a nearby airport (obviously I'm not faulting the hotel, but I'm making a note so that you as a prospective guest can be informed of such things) 5. Checkout......we looked at my bank statement and that $30 charge for the deposit? They charged me $500. When I complained I was told that the system charged us because they hadn't received their payment from booking,com but not to worry that they would fix it.... I said ok and left.... the next day I check the bank and instead of refunding me the $500, they hit my card again for $550!! now I'm out $1050!! I called the hotel and they said that they would fix it....next thing I know they refund the original charge, but only sent $495.00 and the second charge is still there. At this point I called my bank and disputed all the charges to get my money back.....I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

No pool, but great breakfast

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The pool was disgusting on our first visit and then closed on our second visit (probably for good reason).

The staff was working making a lot of noise also speaking loud at eight o'clock in the morning also the maintenance guy came at eight in the morning to repair the toilet

Enjoyed, will stay again when in the area.

The breakfast was fine, but the staff was exceptional! I’ve stayed in many hotels, motels, and boutique hotels from five star to three star, but the counter staff at this hotel were the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with!

it was a great place to do a quick overnight, clean , friendly and very affordable.

nice room easy to find location, friendly staff , close to where i needed to be

wished the room had a bath tub not just shower.

Not a bad experience

We liked the good location of the inn. It is close to everything. The staff were pleasant. But the best part was the breakfast buffet. The food was really delicious.

Room 228 and those near the elevator on the second floor should be avoided as there was a loud noise coming from maybe the vent or ice machine or the elevator in that area. It is hard to know what the noise was about, but it really bothered our kids and we all couldn't sleep well. The staff were however helpful in changing our room on the second day.

about a 10 min easy drive into Burlington, felt safe, property was clean and staff were present

Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best free breakfasts we have had. Staff was friendly. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

I called 2 weeks ago to verify outdoor pool would be open Labor day weekend. We arrived and it was closed. Also, seemed to be some sketchy people lingering around the property both days. Thought maybe it was staff on break but they were drinking out of beer bottles.

To be more transparent. We were charged a fee for data (which we had data on our cell phones and did not use hotels) and it states Free WiFi and we were also charged a fee using our credit card which was not disclosed. We paid an extra $10.20 above what we were told when cooked

the location. purpose of trip was to unwind with swimming pool. swimming pool was closed. no one cleaned our room in four days even with a request for midweek clean up

It’s a little dated, and the slow elevator was very slow.

Good stay but would not stay again

Spacious room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Free parking and close to the highway.

Breakfast was ok nothing special. The breakfast area was too cold and the hot food was cold due to the a/c. A few more choices would have been good since the room rate was so high.

There was black mold in the bathroom. There was a mouse in the room. When it was brought to front counter attention they said there was nothing they could do. They had no other rooms available.
