Breakfast was good, with eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, cereal, etc. My Celiac wife had Cheerios, yogurt, and fresh fruit.
The electronic door key was not working for 2 out of our 3 days. Only the "emergency key" would get the door open. But we were assisted quickly by friendly staff every time.
30+ minute drive to DC worked for us.

We made reservations for two rooms. After driving 5 1/2 hours we arrived to check in. The desk manager was extremely rude and said he only saw 1 room in his system. I showed him the reservation for two rooms, he still said he didn’t have it, I contacted hotels.com, and the rep called him directly to give him the reservation number. The desk manager was extremely rude to her and hung up on her. We left the hotel and contacted hotels.com. They canceled that reservation and found us another hotel free of charge. We are thankful to have booked it through hotels.com, they took care of us.

It was very annoying that every time I had to enter my room, I had to go to the front desk to ask someone to let me in my room because none of the key cards were working. So I had to wait until he opened everyone’s door on the way to my door. Once I got back to the hotel around 11:30 that night the issue was resolved.

My parents stayed here for 4 nights at Christmas and they were very happy with everything. They especially loved the breakfasts! One of the best breakfast bar's they could remember! The room and bed were comfortable as well.

Good service, the hotel is dated. It’s unclean there was mold on the curtain. And my son opened up the drawer almost touched an old band aid that was left.

We rented 3 rooms, two of the rooms were ok, but the 3rd was not cleaned properly.

Location was ok for my need and the breakfast was adequate. But the hotel has no elevators. The rooms get noisy from the outside cleaning people pushing carts through the pavement. Ironing board was broken. Very cheap quality blanket provided, no comforters. Not worth the price.

We had a great stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The room was clean and everything functioned as one would expect. The breakfast bar was delicious. I definitely recommend the Best Western in Fairfax, VA for anyone needing accommodations in that area.

The building and furnishings are old. Ran out of toilet paper and there were no back up rolls in my room. It was convenient to my travel plans and adequate for rest.

One of the grossest best westerns I’ve ever stayed at. Floor was wet when we walked, and was wet our whole stay. AC barely worked and the lights on the AC didn’t light up so we had to guess the heat. The tables were sticky and the breakfast was really bad. Some people were nice, but some were really mean, and it was really jarring seeing really how polarizing management was. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in and I do a LOT of traveling. Would never recommend this place to someone and I hope the nice workers there are either given and raise or find a new best western to work at, because this place didn’t deserve people like them. 1/5 stars only because of the few great people there.

Although the property is “dated,” re-do of the bathroom modernizes that area well. Linens & towels were clean, but not top quality. Breakfast area has been modernized & is large enough to accommodate the number of guests. Breakfast is the standard hotel “free breakfast” fare. The location, close to our daughter’s home, & the very reasonable cost is what prompted us to choose this hotel.

i thought the location and establishment were lovely. it was my first visit to the area and i loved the scenery of the changing seasons. while i was there, i shopped at the Amazon fresh grocery store, which was another first time experience for me. and the burger joint in the same area was amazing. but back to the property: the accomodations were outstanding.

It is an older building remodeled nicely in a lot of areas. It was very clean. The no elevator is a challenge. I am a senior citizen with some mobility challenges so no elevator would keep me form returning there. It was a good deal and served our purposes. The lady in the breakfast room was extra nice and very helpful. Thank you to her.

The check in process took less than 5 minutes and the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. There was plenty of parking convenient to the entrance. Unfortunately, I can hear my neighbors t.v. and crying baby as if they were just in the bathroom. Also, the walkway to my room had multiple areas patched with cement, so didn’t make me feel particularly safe.
