Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very minimal. There was no milk for cereal. Our room had an outside exit. Door was drafty when the wind came up through the night.

Our room was SO loud all night kept us all up. Staff didnt care or want to make it better. When i was discussing the concern all she cluld say is "yep yep you're good to go" and had no care.

The first room was so smelly I had to go buy room deodorizer to over come the smell and the toilet didn’t flush properly so I mentioned it to the front desk. They upgraded me to a suite that was way better then my stay was better.

I have a dog. You should have a place where we make a reservation because you booked my room on the second floor and dog are allow only on the first floor. I have extra fee for my dog. That it’s ok. But to pay an other extra fee to change floor room is not ok.

The hotel room was nice and clean, needs were comfortable, TVs are old school, type of bathroom sinks are not very user friendly. No room to put toothbrushes etc around sink... Things falling off. Plus near need only work when lights are on? Breakfast was pretty limited just pancake maker for hot breakfast

We stayed here 2 weeks ago and loved it. Our return stay was not so good. People talking in the hallway all night long. Kids screaming in the hallway at 5:30am, This did not change when we finally went to breakfast at 7:30. No sleep was to be had

served our needs very well - The sheet on our king bed was too small and kept coming off the corners. Kind of frustrating when you're trying to sleep! Also the TV in our room would not work in the evenings.

The breakfast wasn't worth walking down stairs for, the room didn't have the proper towels in it and they were never change. Do they never change the towels in rooms nowadays. If they aren't going to please inform the customers ahead of time.

Property was renovated, well located on Regina east. Breakfast is simple, no meat, but pastries, fruits, coffee, tea, yogurt, bouiled eggs, toasts, pancakes machine, juices are very light

We stayed for 2 nights, and the first night was fine. The second night I was awakened at 1am by water leaking from a ceiling vent beside my son's bed. His luggage was soaked as water was dripping at a steady rate from all sides of thsi vent. After a conversation with the front desk they told us that they could move us to a room that didn't have enough beds for our party, but they couldn't do anything else. Obviously, we couldn't stay in a room with only one bed, so we chose to wait it out and see if the water would stop. At 2am, it finally did. When I discussed the situation with the morning staff, they gave me a sorry and sent me on my way. After an almost sleepless night, I left very dissatisfied with the property and the service.

Wasn't really anything unique. This accommodation provides the basics - a clean, quiet place to sleep, and complimentary breakfast. Staff were friendly. Exterior and interior public areas could use an upgrade but not a bad room for the price.

When we checked in our room smelled like cigarettes so bad that we went and switched. The second room still smelled, but not as bad. My husband, who smokes, was even grossed out! Went to get in the shower and the hanging facecloth had bloody finger prints on the underside of it. I almost put it to my face before I noticed. Was totally disgusted and checked out. The girl said she would make a note of it. Will not be going back! EVER
