Two things: 1. Free 24/7 purified water source in the lobby 2. Free 24/7 espresso coffee machine in lobby
The only problem was a very sluggish and difficult to figure out smart tv system.

Always nice to have breakfast included in room charge. This weekend found the hotel overrun with hockey parents and kids. Very busy and amenities were run low throughout our stay.
Queen Room with Roll-in Shower - Disability Access was booked for person in wheelchair. First room was lovely EXCEPT bed was way too high to get into. Next day request for no box spring which then staff insisted must change rooms! Second room mattress was VERY uncomfortable so little sleep was had. Rooms for accessible accommodation should be monitored and equipped sufficiently for their stay. Sitting in a wheelchair all day is taxing and relief comes by laying flat in bed.
