We had no problem with our two night stay: It was OK. But we had to cut our trip short due to an injury. However, trying to get any action from the staff about changing our reservation was impossible. Repeated communications were all ignored. No inclination by management to honour commitments made by staff. Very frustrating.

The hotel was great and the room was clean, would definitely book here again. The hot breakfast was nothing great but we only popped down for a few minutes so weren't bothered by the lack of selection/quality.

Nice property, seems like it was older, but has some new renovations. Room and beds were pretty standard, but everything was clean overall. Only issue was the AC unit was disconnected for the winter, so no fan or anything like that. The room’s do have heaters. Breakfast offered a wide selection so was happy with that.

They close the ventilation for some reason during the winter and you can't turn it on so it's super hot. The pool is dirty, the water is full of dirt floating around and the spa water is brown. the breakfast is horrible, we had to go to the restaurant because it was disgusting.

Upon check-in staff gave us the wrong time for breakfast and checkout. The room on the 3rd floor was really hot despite the thermostat being on 0. The part of the window opens a tiny bit was, the AC was shut off by the hotel, despite listing as it being available. We called, no one came, after 15 min went to informed front desk who initially argued with us and said the hotel shuts down all AC and the rooms heating system is controlled by the hotel.
It seems like a cheapskate hotel.
Breakfast was a mess. Understaffed, undersupplied and unprepared. kept running out of things daily, no eggs, or boiled eggs, oranges, bread, muffins etc, they would run out of things an hour before breakfast was done. Not enough seating places. One day we lined up for breakfast, we hoped it means everything is in order, waited an hour and most things were still missing.
Mattress terrible,caving in , in multiple places , even close to the edges. Linens and blanket are good.
Toiletries are bar of soap and watery shampoo and are terrible. No body lotion, conditioner, only 1 tea bag in the room. When you go to ask for more the front desk told us we should have some. Toilet paper is like sand paper. They charge 2$ for a coffee capsule in the lobby that you make yourself.
Pool was a tad dirty but good temperature.
Sauna is good. Hot tub is great size and temperature but seems too many chemicals as your eyes start to burn while sitting there. Many mentioned it while we were there.

It was really good stay. I really recommend this place. Staff is really good and helpful even through thee speaks mostly French. Only one suggestion about their breakfast room. It is small compared to no of rooms in hotel so, it becomes crowded when more guests are there but, staff was really managing very well.

Find bugs on the sheet. My gf got bitten…do not recommended. The breakfast service was really crowded. Compared with similar level hotel, I don’t recommend this…

Very nice place, close-by to attractions like planetarium/insectarium etc.
Friendly staff, requested for early checkin (and early checkout), staff was accommodating.
Nice pool, hot-water tub and sauna.
Breakfast was good, noticed that there were no one to replenish items as they finished. No glasses available for juices and no one would check it even after waiting for 30-40mins.

Didn't sleep. Loud annoying dance music played until 1am. Ridiculous! No one did anything about it.
Receptionist told us to be quiet when we were just having a conversation in the lobby at 5 in the afternoon.

Nice hotel and well maintained. Free breakfast is OK. No real restaurant in walking distance so a car is a must. But the short drive 5-10 minutes offers you a wide selection to choose from accross the highway.

The property was fine, room spacious and comfortable. There are no snacks available except for coin operated vending machines (not accepting credit cards). The front desk person on the first day was less than friendly. When I asked him if they had any herbal tea bags he showed me the two tea options they had - both appeared to be black teas. When I asked if they have caffeinfe he said with an unpleasant tone, 'doesnt tea have caffeine?' So, lackluster service and no herbal tea.

Great stay! Clean room, nice comfortable bed, complimentary breakfast was good. I enjoyed the pool and sauna. All Staff very friendly. Shout out to Clautilda for the warm welcome and helping me with inquiries. Will deifinitely come back.
