Hotel is outdated for being around Disneyland

Polite and courteous check-in. Clean room and outstanding breakfast. Location fantastic for Disneyland! Enjoyed our stay at a great price with a reasonable parking fee.

We checked in late Saturday nite. We were given two keys to our room. We went down in morning early for breakfast but when we came back up our key cards did not work. Neither one. Luckily my daughter was still asleep in room. We had knock on door and awake her. We were on third floor hands full of breakfast stuff did t feel like walking down to office to fix. Issue should have worked from beginning

Our stay was great. We have always stayed here on our Disney trips and they never disappoint. Service is great and breakfast is a huge plus. Walking distance (15mins) to park and close to everything you need.

The room was spacious but does need renovation I did see that the hotel was working on renovation other rooms

It was a decent hotel. Clean and very conveniently located. Breakfast area was way too small for the amount of guest and I did forget my restroom products, but the ones in the room were way too small. Had to go out and buy some.

It wasn’t bad, great staff. Just a few suggestions, maybe less furniture, electric wall sockets that hold plugs in, usb power supply that charge & not so bright lighting in the room, more trash cans. Between floors, too much noise.

Unit was dated, many layers of cover up paint, so the ongoing construction was needed. However, wish they had disclosed the construction status prior to booking and would have been nice if they had required the construction to occur at reasonable time. ( Ideally 9 to 5 would have been tolerable). Parking fee should have been waived since there wasn't enough parking due to the construction trailers filling many of the spots.

I was extremely happy with the service i received from check in to check out. We had a minor AC issue when forat getting into the room and it was handled within minutes of calling front desk. The room was perfect for us. They have hot breakfast. Good walk to Disneyland. Tons of coffee and food options near by. I cant recommend enough

Breakfast was great, check in was easy, room was clean and great for families. Location is awesome if you are doing the Disney park.
The hotel has very thin walls. It was very very noisy. They are remodeling and construction started around 7:00 am. The refrigerator and air conditioner would clunk to life every 15-30 minutes and they were very noisy.

Overall great stay. Affordable pricing for our family, good breakfast choices to feed us all, and the set up with the bunk beds was great.

We stayed in the family site with bunk beds. A great layout for a family with kids as the queen bed is closest to the door with the kids in the back of the suite. Great sized and quality bunk beds. A little noise from the main road but that's really it. Breakfast was pretty basic (Continental+ 3x hot food selections) but not bad overall. Location is about a mile from the park entrance by foot. The ART (Anaheim Rapid Transit) has a shuttle stop out front.

Great location near Toy Story car park so we used this free shuttle bus ti Disney each day. Near shops/restaurants. Room a bit dated but clean and beds comfortable. Kuds like bunk bed. Wifi good and breakfast was great- waffles tastey. Cheaper than other properties so very good value for money. Kids loved the pool.

Really nice and convenient hotel. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Rooms got table with 2 chairs and small desk. Only think is the rooms are little small.
Breakfast is very complete and the hot food menu changes every day.
There's cereal, oatmeal,toast and fruit to complete the breakfast.

The room was average. The walls are very thin we could hear everything from the next room. We were on the 2nd floor so when the people upstairs would walk it was like they weighed 1000 pounds. Kids running up and down the hall all night long. The room served its purpose. There was 5 of us and we were quite comfortable. One issue i have was, it said the beds were queen. But they weren't. They were double beds. That makes a big difference when sleeping. The breakfast was good and convenient.

Housekeeping knocking on doors at 8am, stomping from the people above us, and I even asked when checking in if the first floor was loud since they asked if we wanted the first or third and they said oh definitely not. Called the office about housekeeping and they were rude. Don't stay here. Skip this place.

Help and service was great. They did what they could to make the stay nice. Unfortunately, we came during a significant construction period which made parking and getting around a little more troublesome. The gym was nice and very useful. Breakfast was good. Once construction is over, this will be a nice hotel for Disney trips.

Good hot breakfast, clean and enough spece for 5 people on a suite. Larger fridge , and microwave. Super easy and quick walk to convention center Worked perfectlyfor our stay.

Staff was amazing booked a one night stay to go to Disneyland and staff was courteous and friendly with excellent staff also the continental breakfast was so far the best food was great and would stay here in the future.

The property was under construction, so there was a parking issue and a make-shift lobby, but the room was nicer than expected and the breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. I would like some hooks in the bathroom area, but no big deal. The only problem we had was noise. There was a party going on above us with screaming and jumping, etc... It was late and we were trying to get our daughter to sleep before a long day at Disney starting early the next morning. I called the front desk and they said they'd take care of it, but the noise didn't stop. It eventually stopped around midnight when everyone at the "party" seemed to leave to go party elsewhere.

Decent hotel, not quite as close to Disney as I had thought. Room could use some updating. My main reason for the lower review was the beds. They are so uncomfortable. Pillows were awful and there are NO blankets! There are a couple sheets and that is it! We had family stay in another room and they said the same thing. If you are looking for comfort these beds are not it. Bring your own pillows and blankets.

The room was perfect for our family of 5 with a separate room for the kids. The heated pool was the kids highlight and breakfast was always a little extra. There was some construction taking place in the parking area and the property was a bit older than it had appeared in the photos, but we enjoyed our time

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was good and the free coffee in the lobby is nice. That’s where the good things stop, the hotel charged parking which is not stated anywhere on the booking or website. They tried keeping all of my deposit except $6 saying I had 2 cars when I only had one and I had to call multiple times with them just blaming my bank to get it refunded. The hot tub worked on the night we checked in but then was turned off the rest of the stay. Overall I don’t know how this hotel has a plus rating it is a generic inn that has a face lift.

Pictures looked better than in person, room seems a little dirty, specially the bathroom. Could be better. Hotel is doing renovations, therefore crew is out too early doing their thing. “Parking fee”, first time in many years I get charge for parking in a hotel I’m already paying for.

When we checked in there was plenty of parking (they were starting a big construction project as we were leaving). The employee in the lobby was nice and they have a complimentary beverage machine in the lobby with coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate which was nice in a cold day! The room was clean. The pool is heated which the kids loved. The first mornings breakfast had lots of options but the second morning’s breakfast had waffles which were a big hit!

Had a good stay in one of the family suites with our 3 kids. Room was tidy and comfortable if a bit dated.
There's a significant updating going on but the construction was unobtrusive.
The curtains weren't quite long enough to block out all the early morning light but we wanted to be up and at the park early so not really an issue for us. The pillows are small and square but there's lots of them.
For the price no complaints and the staff were great.

The hotel was a fine place to stay for visiting Disneyland. We used the ART bus that stops right out front to get to the park. We asked for extra blankets because we found the one provided to be too thin. The staff was very nice about getting the blankets to us. Breakfast was decent, typical hotel breakfast. Towels were replenished daily, without having to request. Our room felt clean and nice for this type of hotel.

it's perfect for a trip to Disneyland, The shuttle services we great, also could walk if you wanted, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Pros: Super comfy bed, close proximity to Disney, trash and towels are changed daily, good breakfast options, warm pool and nice hot tub. Cons: hotel is a little dated but looks to be in the process of updating

We had a nice size room for our family. They gave us clean towels each day which was appreciated. Good breakfast with nice changes each day- lots of options including eggs, cereals, muffins, waffles, & breakfast meats. Close to ( 8 min walk) Toy Story parking and using their free shuttle made it so you didn’t have to go thru security when you reached the park. Would have liked better comforters on beds. I would have liked an alarm clock in the room. Room was clean. It was nice.
