The staff are what makes this hotel. Starr and Leah were excellent in reception and in the restaurant Andrea, Elisa and Dira were great. Good service with smiles.

A lovely hotel, great location and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good and all staff very helpful!

The staff were so helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was lovely and the breakfast choice was unbelievable. We used the pool and saunas every day and they were never too busy.The location of the hotel was great right outside a bus stop which allowed us to travel around the island. We would have no hesitation if visiting jersey again to stay at the grand jersey

There are a few areas which need attention, in the lounges there are a couple of sofas which have tears in them, I would not expect that of a 5 star hotel, it didn't spoil our stay however
