The location is good for anyone wanting good public transport. The hotel is spacious. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
I was able to have and pay for one course the second dinner i had.
The lift wasnt working, my room was on the second floor.
No blackout blind
No grab rail in the bath/shower
Very weak water flow from newly installed mira shower.
Mattress was lumpy
Pillows need replacing wirh non allergenic ones
Decaffeinated coffee packs would be welcome
Very good breakfast choices fresh fruit preferable to tinned ? Fruit salad.
Dinner Menu was interesting but didnot live up to expectation
And too large helping , need to be able to choose one course if not hungry.
The hanging baskets were in need of some tlc
I didnt ask if there was an accessible way in, but that would be important for less mobile than myself.

Nice rooms and hotel. Good breakfast and good location. Good tea and coffee in the room and replaced well
Shower was a little limp but apart from that not much else wrong
