I was hesitant when reading all of the low reviews, and I thought it couldn't really be that bad. I was wrong. Upon check in nobody was at the front desk, I had to call a number. Once the guy showed up he simply asked for the name on my reservation. No ID or anything like that. He seemed in a rush to get back to whatever he was doing before I called. Very unprofessional. Throughout the hotel it seemed like none of the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. They were covered in trash, moldy old pieces of food, everything you can imagine. The room wasn't much better. When I walked in I was immediately overwhelmed by an overpowering scent of what smelled like a can of Clorox disinfecting spray. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the only thing the housekeepers used to clean the room. There was trash and old food throughout, cigarette burns on the bedding, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Oh and the free breakfast is a joke. I came in at 7:30, an hour after it was supposed to be open and they had just finished stocking the food. I have no idea how it took them that long to open the breakfast because the only food they had was a vase of cheap orange juice, bread, waffle batter, and cereal. Overall I felt the staff did the absolute least amount of work they could. Do not stay here. Terrible service and cleanliness. I would like a refund. This quality of service deserves a free price tag, and should not be under the Quality Inn & Suites name. What a shame.

Check in was awful. Clerk was rude, room was dirty with used tissues next to bed. Bathroom was dirty, shower had rust and hair. Also, no hot water max of hot water we got was for less than 5min and we are a family of four. Very dissatisfied with our stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I even asked for money back to go somewhere else and they refused. We were there for a soccer tournament so we had no other choice. Pictures on their website are not what we got. And we didnt feel safe due to balcony door not locking. Entrance was dirty with popcorn and our whole stay it never got cleaned.

The room was dirty, there was also graffiti on the wall. The screen was not put in. The fridge had mold in it and there was chaos from other people staying at the hotel my entire stay.

This place is disgusting. The rooms are not being cleaned properly. There were no blankets on our bed, no shampoo, etc. The while place smells. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This place has one thing going for it - it is conveniently located across from the soccer fields. That said, if you're coming for a tournament, stay down the street and drive. I'd rather sleep in my car.

When all look at me down. Made me feel uncomfortable. Got into room alots of flys by windows. Then bathtub bad condition. Then phones weren't working. No line. All employees on first day were rude.second day no one was in the front problem with door key. Called number about 5 time. No answer. Checking out didn't receive deposit back. It seem the employees were clueless where everything was or what todo. Won't wont ever go back.

This hotel is a joke for Quality Inn!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! Trash in the hallways, broken door locks, no hot water unless we called the front desk and then it magically worked when they turned it on. No new soap or shampoo, only the ones left over from the last person! The handle to the shower falls off. No wash cloths either and only two towels. Sheets were not clean on one bed. It hasn’t been vacuumed in awhile. The breakfast was not ready when they said it would be. If it wasn’t for my husbands work, I would demand my money back. They are so cheap they won’t even leave the hot water on. Eco friendly because they don’t use power for the hot water and they don’t give you soap and shampoo. The gate to the pool was also wide open. Very dangerous!!

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. Hotel is very date and the room smelled like animal and smoke and was supposed to be a non smoking room which smelled awful. Nothing like the photos in Hotels.com

When we first got there there was shady people in the parking lot we felt so unsafe with out kids wen goin to the front desk there was spiders webs n it was so dirty goin to our room ot looked like they hadn't vacuum the halls in years and spiders webs on thr corners dirty walls on our room the tv didnt work n sheets looked stain and thd door to the outside balcony was broken we couldn't even look it for our kids safety wen we went to shower we had no hot water i called n they said they will be right up to check 40 minutes later no one came we decided to leave wen we went to the front desk n told them why they didnt go they just said or boliers r being check they dont work like no common sense we had kids n they didnt bother communicating with us the front desk person didnt ask why we were checking out he was sitting on his phone horrible horrible hotel the worst

This hotel is filthy. Starting at the lobby, then to the parking lot, the hallways and even the rooms leave MUCH to be desired. All the outer doors were being propped open with rocks, empty liquor containers, or rugs from the hotel. The carpets were stained and smelled terrible. The whole property smelled like stale cigarettes. We couldn't wait to get out of there!

Hotel was disgusting, hair and dirt on the bed and pillows. Brown stains on the sheets. Smelt terrible, loud people running around in halls, seemed like the neighboring room was living there full time from the smells. At check in the guys at the front desk was not at all welcoming just asks for if and credit card, he only hands you one key and tell you room number no directions nothing. Halway carpet not cleaned walls are dirty in hallways. Bathroom tub was dirty. Hot water ran out both nights according to the staff the hotel was more than half empty and they said it’s because everyone must have been showering. Waiting for the hot water made us late for our family gathering. Under heater/AC wall had hole or falling apart. Pick elsewhere

The service at the feont desk was good, location convenient but the cleanliness was horrible. Over flowing of trash cans outside, full trash bags all along the hallway akd stairs and the hallways rugs full of crumbs and dirt. DIRTY!!!

The staff was annoyed with us at checkin. We were given a room that a family was already in. When I went back to the front desk he was more annoyed and then said I didn’t listen when he told me the room number. The rooms were disgusting with women’s hair everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures did not match the reality of the Quality Inn.

The hotel is dirty and unsanitary. Both the pool and hot tub were closed by the health department for being filthy and having contaminated water. There's garbage everywhere on the property. Not to mention we found bed bugs in our bed. Front desk staff were rude and not customer service oriented.

Property is extremely dirty everywhere. Room had trash on the floor and bedding and pillows were very dirty even glitter everywhere. No hot water to shower in the morning and we only got 1 towel. Check out is at 11am, I tried to to go back in my room at 10:45 and key didn’t work anymore.

This place is like a refugee camp literally kids running up and down the hall at 1 am people arguing lot of people gathered outside staff was very unhelpful just all around a horrible experience i believe it is a long time living space for displaced families
