The hotel was nice. The only thing I can say is the bed was supposed to be a queen but I’m 5’6 and it was the same night as me which I have a queen at home and it’s taller then me so that’s crazy. Also the air conditioner was a bit loud so I had. To sleep with the pillow over my head. I didn’t feel like telling them because I wasn’t in the mood to change rooms when it was bedtime for me.

To start I must say that I felt safe in the area, the lobby is extremely small and very basic and boring but coffee is available 24 hours a day, the front desk service is terrible, I had an altercation because they couldn't find my reservation through Expedia and they simply They argued that there were no rooms available, finally another employee found my reservation at the last minute and I managed to check in, the room was better than the one. lobby, large and comfortable beds, clean but dated bathrooms and the entire room with a strong damp smell, nice refrigerator, microwave and breakfast, in the end you get what you pay for

I reserved the hotel for my coworker; He said the hotel room was comfortable, but the front desk service was terrible. The front desk made a mistake with the additional days reservation that I made for my coworker, and they tried to kick him out of the hotel without checking the additional reservation. Finally, they resolved the problem.

Smoke smell in hallways. Staff not friendly and always made me feel like I was putting them out even when just asking a question. Hot water almost non-existent. Found a roach crawling on my sink/vanity. Housekeeping hit or miss. Overall, a poor experience

Our stay was ok , the room was clean bit outdated but clean the carpet in the room is very dusty especially when you have allergies the smell is very strong ( recommend to change) Front desk staff was very accommodating thanks. Breakfast was good .

I recently stayed here for 4 night. The 4th floor and main light hall smells really bad. Got service one time and noticed 2 silver chains missing.

The phone in our room did not work. Was told service was coming the next day, did not happen. Water in the shower was Luke warm. I will definitely not go back to this hotel

My first impression of the check in & room was good, then when I went to call the front desk, the phone had no dial tone & was completely broken. Then I went to take a bath, and the water never got warm. I had someone come up, confirmed the phone was broken, and couldn't help with water temp. Then I noticed several pubic hairs in the back of the tub! I was disgusted, but also didn't feel well enough to pack everything up & move rooms (with no guarantee the next would be better!). Very disappointing as I was no longer comfortable at all. I deserve a coupon or partial refund.

You can hear every door shut in the hallway as if it was your own. The outside looks really nice. The rooms however were not as expected by looking at the exterior.

The hotel for sure need a mayor update, need a real investment on infrastructure. It do the job, the location is great the price is not bad but it can do better because it have alot of potential.

We were planning for a 4-5 days stay, however Room hallways and room was smelling badly . Front desk was helpful to move to an another room but that one had similar problem. So decided to vacate after 1 night, but front desk was very helpful and refunded back.

Hotel was clean and confortable, except for the carpet smell, the hotel sprays some scent on the carpet, but it was so overpowering, i had a hard time sleeping, due to it, i let front desk know hopefully they can use less to clean with.

Room provided smelled like vomit and it seems like housekeeping sprayed air freshener to attempt to cover up the disgusting smell. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. My spouse called to the front desk and we were advised to turn on all of the sinks in the room (2) and that should start hot water in the shower after the water runs for awhile. Well that did NOT work. Stuck in the shower in cold water!! We called back to the front desk and the lady said to come down and she would put us into another room. After my years of traveling I would not recommend this place.

Room look needs improvement (#120), furniture is old and smells old. Sorry but bathroom wasn’t clean properly. Shower hot water was slow to come out. Didn’t check pool. Enough parking. Breakfast was limited.

An error the sent us to an occupied room but quickly corrected the issue. No table in room to eat on. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Close restaurants

The price is High. The Hotel needs some improvement and they are working on it. This is a non smoking hotel but some customers has NO respect. It will nice if they can identify the guest smoking something that smell like weed in the halls.. Great customer service. Very clean..
