Affordable room within 15 minutes of the Atlantic City boardwalk. The owner greeted me at the door and was incredibly friendly. She got me checked in quickly while we had a chat. Room itself was clean and had a fresh smell to it. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean although in need of a facelift which the owner had spoken of doing soon as she and co-owner had only acquired the property within the last year. Continental breakfast was very good with some hot items such as scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, bacon as well as made to order waffles by the owner herself. There is also coffee, tea, juice, cereal and breakfast pastries. I will look to stay here again in the future when visiting AC.

The friendly staff when checking in. One night stay. Beds and bedding were excellent and very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised with shower , was warm and excellent spray. Breakfast was excellent and Sandra Brown was very welcoming and even offered to prepare waffles. A great selection to start the day. Easy check in and checkout and it was a busy holiday week end. Nice property, very comfortable and very quiet. A bit outdated but otherwise a great stay.

This property exceeded my expectations. When you choose to save money you have to expect to get what you pay for. And when staying outside of AC the places can be pretty sketchy. Not this place! The exterior of the property was extremely well kept and updated. We were greeted by the lovely property manager who listened to our request on what we like and dont like when traveling (we hate the smell of smoke!) and made sure we were perfectly taken care of. The first thing I noticed about our room was the clean smell! It was refreshing. Our room was perfect. Beds were comfortable, maybe too comfortable! We wound up sleeping in too late every day and missed the complementary breakfast! We typically stay on the boardwalk however I think we have now found our go to spot! We will be back!

The staff is always excellent and attentive to you needs. Owen, was exceptional and very helpful! Definitely my go to place to stay,when I’m in the area.

Good afternoon this is one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in the staff does an excellent job with n upkeep it maybe an older establishment but you would never know on how well they keep it clean and comfortable also the staff is very warm and friendly met and spoke with the manager was very kind you do not get many places left like this were they care about guests well done will be back over and over thank you

Front desk was great and very fast check in. Nice clean place. The breakfast was very good. The owner is great and very welcoming when we went to breakfast. Hotels.com doesn’t mention about a $100 security deposit owed when you check in.

Sandra is very welcoming and helpful. The only issue we was with the TV and she came right to our room to resolve the issue. She provides a nice breakfast and the pool looked very clean with crystal clear water. My only issue was I thought I booked a king suite not just regular room which was a little small. If we go back I would be sure to book the larger room. Very convenient located to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Very clean room, as well as comfortable beds and pillows. Coffee pot, fridge and micro in the room a plus. The young man that checked us in was very polite and informative. 5 min check in. Very convenient location. Very reasonable price, considering a Friday night- 10 min from casinos in atlantic city.
