Our previous stays were enjoyable. The past 2 times we've booked the hotel have been less than subpar to say the least. This most recent stay this past weekend was not good at all. We were put in a room on the first floor, ground level. The noise was beyond acceptable. Between hearing people in the hallway like they were in our room with us, the ice machine, the cleaning dept closet being right outside our room, we did not sleep well either nite of our stay, the toilet wasnt working properly, wouldn't flush. It's unfortunate because we looked forward to staying at the hotel when we come down to AC. But next time will very likely be looking elsewhere for our stay being completely honest.

Finding the right hotel in a city you've never been to before can be difficult but if you're traveling to Abescon/Galloway, New Jersey, this is a really nice place to stay. It's close to Atlantic city, the ocean, and a good central location when wanting to see Philadelphia and Washington DC. It's an easy hop on and off the main highways without being right next to them. And when we asked to extend our stay, the staff was very accommodating. The property ïs very well managed, it's very clean, has a great breakfast, pool, hot tub, and exercise room and the bed was really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

the heater was very noisy all night. The linens and comforter cover used on the bed was cheap quality polyester that does not breath and cause itching.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, there were children running and talking in the halls and doors opening and closing until 1 am. The air conditioning unit was very loud and didn’t work properly. The walls are very thin and you could hear the tv and the blow dryer from the neighboring rooms.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at for comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent very friendly courtesy and helpful. They went beyond their job every single person, especially Maya, the front Desk and the gentleman’s too I would give this a 10 star plus if it could be read it this high I have stayed at several IGH, hotels and Holiday Inn express suites and never have. I seen this kind of service cleanliness, especially and the comfort of the beds thank you, Holiday Inn express suites at absecon, New Jersey hats off to you all and you should be given a award and rated the best holiday inn express suites Absecon NJ ever

The place was clean, the breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious. The ONLY issue was that the staff were not friendly AT ALL and not very warm. They don’t say hello, good morning, NOTHING. Only one staff member (David) was very personable and nice. The only hesitancy I would have to stay again is interacting with the workers.

What I liked was its close proximity to Atlantic City. I also liked the morning breakfast and space in parking lot. I didn’t like the fact that the pool was not heated, the radiator was very loud and kept us up. From our room we could hear the train passing by very often. It was loud. As a result we gave it an average rating.

The only problem is that uneducated and disrespectful families in the pool area cannot protect their children. Many families with children and their children are disturbing, which should not be the case.

I’m on the last leg of a 7 day trip with my boys in which we traveled to Cleveland OH, Louisville KY, Kitty Hawk NC and Atlantic City NJ. It was an amazing trip that I booked completely through Expedia. We checked in today at approximately 3:45 pm and checked in. The man working the desk was helpful. He asked us if we were planning to use the pool to which I said yes. He then provided me with 4 bands for me and my kids for pool access. We went upstairs and changed and came down to the pool and there was a sign saying that it was closed. I went to the desk and asked him and he apologized and said that the indoor pool is closed because it was raining outside. I told him that two of my boys are severely autistic and after being in the cat for 8 hours the get overwhelmed… I asked if they could go in quickly, he said no. I asked if I could just cancel my room and go somewhere else…. He said that he would ask the manager. The manager came out and I asked if we could just cancel the rooms because I specifically choose all of my hotels because my kids need to decompress in the water after a long day in the car. That’s the reason I didn’t just keep driving home to Massachusetts. He told me that I can certainly check out and go elsewhere but that I would be charged for the two rooms. I told him that we literally just checked in and the pool was open…. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. He told me that he wouldn’t budge on the issue. I admittedly became very angry and yell…

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are indoors offering water fun all times of year. The breakfast had decent options.
