Room was decent, but still not a comfortable stay. Buildig felt rundown and filthy. Strange smell in the hallways. I had a fourh floor stay with multiple suitcases, but the elevator was not in operation. I would not stay again.

The elevator was broken. Carrying 2 larger luggages, 3 backpacks and other things up and back down a flight of stairs with no help was not good.

Our experience was not great at all. The elevator stopped working the day after we arrived and we were on the 3rd floor. The place reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke, from the parking lot to inside the hallways leading to the rooms. The property is severely run down and badly in need of general maintenance. The carpets are super dirty and stained. The pool was far from clean which was disappointing to my child who was looking forward to it but it had too much trash floating in it day after day. The breakfast was beyond disappointing and the coffee seemed to have been recycled day after day as it was not fresh and the hot water was lukewarm at best. To be honest it was not worth the money we spent!

The hotel was ok, the room Was clean when we got there and nice, exactly as shown in the pictures. Halls could use a little cleaning and a little more variation on the breakfast.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. I got to my room, but not without stepping into an elevator that sounded like it was going to break any second. I finally get to my room and it smells like mildew. I opened the window and there was dry blood on the window ledge. I wasn't even there for 15 minutes before I had to check out and find a new hotel for the night. After driving for 2 days, all I wanted to do was shower and I felt like I was going to come out dirtier than I was. This hotel definitely needs to do refunds. I wasted $130 for a 15 minute stay.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The last time was 3 years ago. This time the experience was terrible: the hotel has a bad smell, it is dirty and unkempt and overall run down. I can’t believe this is part of the Expedia catalog.

So disappointed in this hotel. The carpet smelled badly and was stained. A chair in the room had a cigarette burn and the toilet tank leaked. The bathtub was old and scarred and mattress springs protruded on the right side

I came back to the hotel from work in third shift. I needed to wash my clothes I'll look in the washer there's nothing there I put my clothes in I get my clothes washed. When it's time to dry I clean the lint collector and I look inside the dryer there's nothing else there. When I go to get my dry clothes I find markings on my clothing, so when I get done pulling my clothes out of the dryer I see this lip gloss in my dry clothes. I lost $250 worth of clothing and got reimbursed for one night's stay that was $120 so essentially I took $130 loss. THERE IS NO CAMERAS IN THE HOTEL HALLWAYS THEY ARE ONLY IN THE LOBBY, THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR SAFETY THAN THE CUSTOMER

We were told there was a breakfast there was a waffle machine and moldy donuts. Our tv didn’t work in the suite we had and the bathroom floor had some kind of stain on it.

I bought a king room for 1 night for a hefty price since it was las minute I was ok with the price. Arrive to the room I had the shock of my life. Not only they gave me a queen bed and the room was filthy. I was already late for the gala that I was going to and wouldn’t have time to request another room. Whenever you stay at this place make sure you look at the room first.

This place has a wet moldy damp smell and feeling. My room smelled like people checked out an hour before I came and body odors were in the air. Would not stay again, just needed the room in that location for the night

We received a friendly prompt greeting. Verified the type of room we had requested and paid for our dog. The room was clean with no prior animal order. Everything in the room functioned properly.

No one at check-in desk. Waited for almost ten minutes for someone to arrive to help us. Room smelled like urine. Several outlets didn’t work. I use a CPAP and needed at least one. Lastly, I had to repair the cable box in order to have television. Front desk finally changed our room.
