Nice hotel, but elevator was broken , $60!!! For parking. Toilet didn’t flush. One person offered us an up grade for $100, but manager wouldn’t honor it.

We were given the room right off the hotel's entrance/driveway. There is a lot of street noise, and no point to using the balcony. The air conditioning did not work, and we had to file a noise complaint due to the craziness of someone's kids upstairs. The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, and the property was quite nice. Just for that price point, I expected a little more.

Valet men were hardworking and very efficient! Vibrant lobby/ bar scene. Always exciting. This review could’ve been over the top. However. We had drinks at the bar around 9:30pm in a sat night and the short bartending staff was overwhelmed and 2 mix drinks was a almost a 30 min wait. Although the manager comped the drinks. As a management of the hotel, you could’ve doubled your revenue in that 30 mins if properly staffed. Overall, it was a lovely hotel and stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at L’auberge. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant on site was delicious!!. My only negative comment is that the rooms are a little dated for a resort of this caliber. We plan to come back in the future!

Loved our experience. One note, hostess at restaurant was not that accommodating. Said restaurant was finished seating at 8:45, when it stated on site it closed at 9. we were a party of 2. Was not friendly or wanting to help. Had to ask a manager and they finally seated us.

I liked the resort, stuff, restaurant inside the resort Adelaida was amazing, pool area not to big but comfy, only thing was not so good a beach, there is beach but not private, but again 5-7minutes to walk , otherwise everything was amazing!

L'Auberge Del Mar is a wonderful getaway!! The staff was so welcoming & nice, which really set our babymoon off to a great start. The area is super walkable with a number of cute shops & restaurants. The hotel also has live music on weekends, which was a wonderful touch!

This property is clearly well managed. The staff was amazing and the food at Adelaide was fantastic and they easily accommodated by gluten-free requirement. I look forward to returning.

Electicity out 1am to 11am. Little or no staff support or assistance, leadership, communications. Clueless what to do. Hallways and stairwells poorly lite (no functioning backup lites). No hustle to engage guests, find creative ways to help, serve, etc.

There was nothing luxurious about this hotel. The room and hallways had a foul odor. We paid 800$/night for a room that didn’t even have a bathtub and was not at all luxurious or beautiful. I wood never recommend this hotel.

Lauberge has always been a five star property. It was great. But the spa is a solid 3. What a disappointment. No showers, no steam room and no notification that these were closed. No magazines in the relaxation room, super hot and stuffy in the relaxation room, no music. I felt like a piece of meat and although my massage therapist was super sweet, she basically ignored all my requests for focus areas and did what she wanted. Honestly, I should have ordered a Soothe online masseuse in my beautiful hotel room and would have been way happier. My attempts to discuss with hotel management have been impossible. Both the GM, Bob and Dir of Ops, Elizabeth have been unavailable and non responsive. In addition, the gym was dusty, and the peloton bikes were both filthy and broken. Seat adjustments on both were not working and nor was the screen height adjustment. Extremely disappointed as this property has such a great location.

Wonderful hotel and spa. The service was outstanding and the staff from the front desk, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff were friendly, were always looking to help you. And the views were spectacular. You can take a short walk down the back of the property and you're at the beach in 5 minutes. They also have a golf cart shuttle to the beach and provide chairs, umbrellas, boogie-boards and towels. And the hotel is a short walking distance from several great restaurants.
