The hotel was unbelievable from the time we checked in with the wonderful staff at the front desk till the time we left everyone went above and beyond. I felt if I’m coming back to the Park city area I will definitely stay here again.

I always have a great stay at The Peaks! The cost, location, cleanliness is always fantastic. I really love the pool & hot tubs! I also love the restaurant Versante. The food, drinks and service is good! All around a great place!

Bed was comfortable and I felt the property was clean. I very much missed a freezer in the mini frig and MICROWAVE that many past properties I’d stayed at had. Front desk was very helpful and friendly but the breakfast host was quite unfriendly and not very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Definitely not anything to write home about. I had lunch in the restaurant and it was very good.

This hotel was great! I loved having a continental breakfast. It was affordable and fun. Our favorite part was the pool, we loved how it was half inside and half outside. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room. I would totally stay here again!

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
The outlet near the bed did not charge our phones and watches overnight.
As I left the pool and was looking for the elevator up to our room, Eric, a front desk staff member, zipped over when I mistakenly walked into the breakfast area looking for the nearby elevator. He blatantly watched me without asking if I needed assistance, presumably thinking I was going to steal something. It was extremely awkward and embarrassing.

Peaks is a great spot right in the mix in park city. The amenities on site are great and you’re a stones throw from downtown. Shuttles to get you anywhere, a decent little restaurant, and on site ski shop are nice adds. Plus indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, not much more you could ask for.

This hotel was perfect for a quick weekend get-away to go skiing. Shuttle van to and from the mountain, underground parking, ski racks as well as breakfast and afternoon cookies all included. Top notch and great value!

This is a great hotel, with a regular return shuttle service to the ski slopes in the daytime and the old town at night. A full breakfast is available every day and hot chocolate and cookies on arrival back from the ski slopes. Ski hire is available on site. There is also an indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool to relax those aching muscles after a day on the skis. I would happily return to this hotel in the future.

Loved this place! It was the perfect amount of character and comfort. The attached restaurant is really good. Nice personal touch of the hot chocolate bar in the afternoon and has, indoor, out hot tubs, and a dry sauna. Just a fun atmosphere across the board

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice spacious rooms with shuttle service in the day time to Park City Mountainside and later in the day Main Street. They also had yoga in the morning and breakfast is included.

The outdoor hot tub is amazing and large! Great for afternoon warm up off the mountains. Breakfast is 5 star. Great coffee! Free cookies every day from 4pm to 6pm. Room was clean and serviced daily. Fire pit blazing at the front. Shuttle service to town or the mountain. Snowed in? Go to the bar restaurant in the hotel!

Peaks Hotel is perfectly located for several ski resorts. The shuttle to Park City was definitely key! Love the cookie and cocoa happy hour (although my teen hated being cut off after the 2nd cookie...) Outdoor hot tub in the snow was a nice treat; would have been great if the steam room was working after a tough day on the slopes.

Very conveniently located, easy to get to Main Street and Canyons (not walkable but easy drive and private shuttle access). Staff was incredibly friendly, adjacent restaurant was great, and we rented ski/snowboards from shop in the lobby. Excellent value and service.

This hotel is a good value and is ‘pretty good’ in many categories. The issue is that the walls are paper thin and you hear everything out in the corridor and in the room above you. For that reason, we wouldn’t stay here again.

They have a shuttle that takes you to both ski areas and an evening shuttle that takes you to Main Street. This is a huge plus. The restaurant located in the hotel is reasonably priced and has really good pizza. I do wish the bathrooms were larger but overall it's an affordable stay.

Our holiday stay at the Peaks Hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed the clean and calm environment and not to mention the family friendly environment. The breakfast options were plentiful. When we needed to contact guest services or housekeeping they were very courteous and fulfilled our requests promptly.

The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. The only problem we had was that the walls are so thin. We could hear every word that our conjoining room neighbors were saying. I knew the show they were watching and their dinner plans. I could even hear the guy pee. The maids in the morning were super loud too since we could hear everything. So no sleeping in after a late night. I woke up panicked because our neighbor talking at 6:00 am was so crystal clear I thought he was standing in our room. We didn’t get much sleep for our anniversary weekend away. Cute hotel but wouldn’t stay here again.

The Peaks Hotel is a great place to stay in Park City. They offer free breakfast, a shuttle to Main Street and the ski resorts, and hot chocolate and cookies in the afternoon. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed using the on-site gym. We will definitely be staying at the Peak Hotel on our next trip to Park City!

Perfect family ski vacation hotel with some fun extras! Ski shuttle and ski rentals at the hotel. Free breakfast and nice restaurant for dinner. Cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoon. Facilities include nice indoor/outdoor pool (you can swim between) and hot tub, fire-pits, and large gym. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the housekeeping to the friendly shuttle driver. We've already booked our return stay later in the ski season!
