Honest opinion, the stay wasnt terrible, but over priced for what it was. We just stayed one night, thats all we needed. The building itself looks old, the room looked clean but did smell kind of like pee (i think it was the rug) the breakfast was good. For a one or 2 night, not bad.

Homeless and sketchy people everywhere….. poorly maintained, dirty hotel…loud teenagers running around all over. Nightmare. Never again. We left a day early.

Bed smelled like it was soiled in urine when we first got there, they didn’t have bedding available until the next day leading us to flip that mattress. Ran out of hot water fast. Top lock looked as if someone broke in and it was never repaired. Lock ended up breaking causing us to have to sleep with no lock. Customer service was good. Close to Publix and other convenience stores.

We were extremely disappointed. We had rented for 10days and nobody told us they hadn’t had hot water for 2 weeks because of a problem with the boiler and when we complained they said they would check but they didn’t know why we didn’t have hot water. They had us running around for 3 days asking about the hot water and on the 3rd day the lady at the front desk named Shanett told us we wouldn’t get hot water because they knew that the boiler was broken . She was surprised that they hadn’t informed us of the problem.She said she would inform the GM so he could call us and maybe give us a discount cause we could’ve have the service that we should’ve had for the price we paid.But he never called us and we paid full price with no hot water.

Elevator was broken, had to use the stairs. ROACHES! in room. Toilet was leaking. TV picture was not clear, distorted. Food from prior guest was left in refrigerator. I asked prior to staying that my family member room be close to each other, and was not accomodated. Front desk staff, Mr. Allen, he was kind, friendly, and always had a smile.

Miss Pam and the Manager on site were SUPER STARS! The Manager did everything possible to get us into our room early with the assistance of MISS PAM and her Partner. We were exhausted and ready to go home so getting into that room early was a blessing!

Please, read reviews on Google before you book here ! Sorry, I didn't like this place either. I booked a 3 star hotel, this wasn't one. I expected a lot more, a lot better. Old building, old, dirty carpets in the hallway and in the room. Dirty pool, old pool chairs that should've been replaced long ago. Unhealthy breakfast, only processed meat, carbs and sugar. White bread, cakes, bagels, jam, pancakes. Scrambled egg taste nothing, terrible looking sausages. When you go for breakfast late, there is hardly anything left. Some people look like junkies, did they come from outside? Hotel is very far- 25 minutes drive - from the beach. Don't take the bus ! Good things are free parking, free coffee all day, tv, microwave and fridge in the room. The room is pretty nice. But I had to tell them twice that the drawers were dirty, before I got them cleaned, so I could put in my clothes. Ice machine sometimes didn't work. If you want to go to restaurants you have to drive, nothing close by. I would recommend Thai Spice on Commersial Av. 10 minutes drive. I payed 150 dollars a night for this hotel, too much.

The hotel is very outdated. Our room did not smell very good. We are not picky travels at all but this hotel really needs work. The girl behind the counter acted like it was a chore to help us. Breakfast was ok.

The front desk was so helpful with places to eat and they let us check in early. The only problem is that the room was so drenched in smoke, all my clothes and myself smelled so gross.

I paid for a suite with a King Bed. Separate room for a dining area, & an extra couch. Instead I was put into room 317, which is a regular King Bed Room.

Hotel has not been maintained, woke up early to get out of there! The outside of the hotel was run down, and the parking lot even smelled like urine. I was afraid to leave the car. Inside was worse, the hallways and rooms were filthy. The bathroom had hair everywhere and carpets were gross. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work and rooms smelled.

2nd floor people smoking pot and the placed wreeked of marijuana! filty dirty room and smelled like cigarette smoke. Took my shoes off and my feet were black from dirt on the floors! Horrible place. Prosititutes and junkies all around and on the property. It was terrible and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The rooms were dirty,pubic hairs on the towels,the chairs were very dirty with dirt marks had to cover them up,just wasn't a good experience at this place,crack heads walking around the area,wasn't s good experience at all ,came to find out that's this hotel is very close to the hood

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, there are places within walking distance. There’s public transportation which makes commuting easier. The only thing I would recommend is more breakfast choices. From Monday to Friday the same thing is served. Saturday there was a little twist. But, my overall stay was amazing, this will be my spouse and I new Florida getaway spot.

The property ishard to find as there is another La Quinta in the area and much better. The strip next to bathtub was gross black the corners are not cleaned. The carpets need to be cleaned, no baby could be put down. It never was cold in room with air set at 65. Just not good

Upon checking into our room, we had to turn on the heater. Obviously, it had not been turned on in the a while (unit blew out enough dust and smoke to turn on the smoke detector). After that was cleared, the smoke detector continued to beep every 30 seconds; the battery had died. I reported this to the front desk. The maintenance guy came immediately to fix it. Afterwards, we found no TV control in the room. Same scenario - same maintenance man took care of it. I appreciate the quick response!
