Highly recommend this property. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I didn’t arrive until very, very late. The owner happily greeted me when I arrived and got us checked in. Will definitely stay there again.

The overall stay was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and maintained and the service was friendly and welcoming. The pool and jucuzzi were clean along with the recreational area. I highly reccomend this place if youre traveling or even for a night stay away from the kids.

We had a great time. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The owner was very kind and even brought towels out each morning to wipe the morning dew off our motorcycles. Close to downtown Erueka with ease of access in and out.

The front desk guy was nice, once i got to the room and went to bed there was blood stains on the sheets.... i did tell him he said well they were washed. Still nasty nasty. Will never stay here again. It was just 3 minutes away from my euro rally. I would rather drive 20 minutes next year. If i could give it negative stars i would.

I was a late arrival and was greeted very good. The room was already cooled off. the bed was little firmer than I'm accustom too but was good anyways. it was a short stay so I didn't to see any other staff. But I will stay here again when I visit again.

After reserving a room for 2 Adults and 1 child, I was told I had not paid for my child. I was then charged an extra fee for him. When I showed the confirmation receipt for what I had paid for I was told that it had to be taken up with expedited because it was their fault. My husband was then told I had a very bad attitude because I tried to show him what I had paid for.

The owner was very friendly and made sure everything was ok for our stay. Nice Brewery next door. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Location is close enough to all things in Eureka Springs and really near the Passion Play.

Liked everything about it except Expedia shows it has an elevator but it does not. They happily changed us to a ground floor room when we got there.

This was a great hotel for an overnight stop! Rooms are large have microwave refrigerator. Everything you need for comfort. Beds have four pillows on each of them and the mattress was very comfortable. Great little breakfast area with homemade waffles!

Very nice detached gazebo just outside the office, and nice continental breakfast (waffles, etc.) Clean, neat rooms with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and ironing board iron. (Too bad the outside pool and jacuzzi were not in service, though.)

Well first of all hotels.com made the reservations and booked it but when I got to Express inn Eureka Springs, they have no record of a reservation so we did not get to stay there nor did hotel.com make it right . so we had to go find another hotel, and stay at the last minute and almost didn’t have anywhere to stay Because it was so late when we checked in, which we were in a hurry to get to Eureka, because when you have reservations. But after all the headache and finally get a hotel room and going to sleep about 1 o’clock in the morning, we realize we will never use hotel.com. Again we will just go to the hotels, direct and pay on arrival. So I am doing The survey on hotels.com

This property is on the edge of town so traffic was not as busy. Everything is within a short drive.

Very clean hotel. Not the newest, but a good deal. Watch for the small "red" entrance sign. It blocks your view upon exiting the property onto the highway.
