The room we were given at first had not been made u or cleaned. We had to get another one. It had staples in the floor, but otherwise was clean. We only had one towel and had to get another as there were 2 of us.

This is an excellent value for the price. This appears to be a 60's or early 70's inn that has been updated and well maintained. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Lots of parking. Only had two issues: First, the toilet seat was loose. I asked to have it fixed, was told the maintenance man would get right on it. The next day, was told that he was out for a few days. Second, the hot tub was inoperational. I was told that it had been that way for months. There was no coffee for the coffee maker. I was told that they had been 'out' for quite a while and didn't know why the owner had not gotten more.

Super dirty and stinky. Hot tub did not work and pool was not heated as they stated. They actually had residents living at the hotel. It was run down and trashy.

Didn’t have my 2 reserved rooms, only 1, and said they were booked. I tried to show my confirmed reservation and she said “You booked through a third party, and we can’t do anything with a confirmation #. We only go by your name.” The girl told me the only way to book with them directly is to call their number as they do not have a website, and booking through third parties leaves them no room to fix mistakes. Needless to say I won’t choose this location again.

I was told to leave right after I rebooked my room as they said I was smoking in the room I don't even smoke I was then rushed to pack my things and made to stand out in the rain with my belongings as my truck was having new tires put on and after all that they refuse to give me a refund

The room was clean but had no coat hangers, the heater was a little sketchy ( I would have liked another blanket but I didn't ask for one) and there was just one role of TP.

The whole hotel needs an overhaul. Old carpet, damaged walls, everything feels "dirty". There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. I was on the way to buy some, but stopped at the desk, just in case. The sweet young woman at the counter gave me some as she shivered in her winter coat in the reception area. It was missed when the room was cleaned.

I arrived at 130 and was turned away from check in, when I came back 6 hours later I came into the lobby to 2 teenagers laying on couches barely clothed, and ignored me. The girl who checked me in was sketchy, to say the least, she barely spoke, had face tattoos, and had an attitude. The room itself was smelly like mold and body odor, the shower had surprisingly good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. In the morning the maids were in the hallway gossiping very loud and blasting Mexican music from their phones, not exactly the way I was hoping to awake. I was never so happy to be only staying somewhere for one night.

My staywas short but pleasant. The staff were warm and pleasant The room was xlean and comfortable. There were a couple of minor things - that would be easybto resolve - only 1 light in the rioom - a bedside light would be great. -;qlthough i was alone - resevation was for 2 - only 1 wet of towels in the roo-; - last & only had hot water fr a minute in shower - then cold- it was about 830a -:suspect maid were starting laundry With that said - i would stay again if traveling g in that area

Electrical plug ins are hard to use for electronics & the television controller is difficult no directions on how to use it we had a ripped window curtain as well. Staff friendly

Very friendly family oriented service. The woman who checked us in was kind and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable stay overnight. Didn’t get to use the pool but it was open and available. Walking distance to the grand lodge and other local attractions.

I like the friendly staff but I always have to check the condition of the toilet and the locks on the doors and windows. The door and window was OK this time but the toilet would hardly flush and we didn't have all the usual towels and had to ask for more.

Website list the following amenities that were not provided during my 3 night stay; Free Wifi, 24/7 Front Desk, & Daily housekeeping. Wifi was not an option, there's no telephone in the room either. The front lobby is locked and closed during a certain time every night. Our room was not cleaned at anytime during our 3 night stay. When we arrived, the room smelled as if someone just poured clorox all over the place, in the bathroom were 2 towels (1 bath & 1 hand) for a party of 2. The coffee maker & hair dryer were located on the sink counter, cords tangled and both appliances pushed into the corner of the towel holder (very unsafe). The tv was stuck on one channel the entire time. The remote control held together by duct tape. The beds are pilliow tops; it is over due for replacement as the bed sinks toward the middle leaving us to sleep sideways in uncomfortable positions. There hotel has complimentary PB&J sandwhiches in the lobby. However, it is on a table top, left open all day, and each time I walked past it, I saw more peanut butter or jelly on the table. No one cleaned it regularly. The parking lot needs more light. There was a man pleasuring himself in the parking lot while I was there, it was scary and no security or people monitoring the free onsite parking they advertise. Unfortunately no other hotel in that town was avaliable leaving me with no other choice but to stay at this hotel.

It felt unsafe, people smoking in corners of the building. Signs warning you to lock doors etc. If it had not been so late we would have turned around. Inside the room - dirt in cracks, walls patched and not repainted. Obviously hard used furniture. Curtains broken, beds were awful.

One of the beds had a loose leg that caused it to wobble. I had to tighten some wingnuts underneath the bed by hand. This worked somewhat,but the metal bracket holding the leg was clearly deformed. By the headboard of the bed, the wall had a gouge in it and something dried (maybe adhesive?) on the wall. The chair at the desk in the room looked very dingy. The beds themselves, the towels and the counter area where the sink and coffeemaker are, were all nice and clean. The hair dryer didn't work and was partially melted. The GFCI it was plugged into had buttons that were cracked and of dubious functionality. The plug for the bath/shower was just lying in the bathtub. The pool was nice and warm but the hot tub was under repair. There were lifejackets and toys in big storage bins scattered around. The back door to the building was supposed to be closed all the time, but people kept propping it open, making it feel less safe.

The price paid is not on the cheap side and the property itself is in disrepair. There is a steady stream of people coming in through the back door that is propped open all the time so you cant tell if they are guests or not. Some of them show up with bicycles and backpacks and go to the same room on the first floor and stay for about 2-3 minutes and then leave again. Draw your own conclusion on what deals are being made from that room and the staff is seemingly oblivious to it.

Property was filthy. Our room was rather large but absolutely disgusting with dirt and grime. I woke up with bug bites. So dirty. Toilet flooded. I fixed it myself. Taking a shower, the water never drained. Vent cover was half off, thought maybe there was a camera in there. The vent cover was so grimy. You can smell someone else’s cigarette smoke in your room. Very questionable people were loitering outside as well as inside. However we were not bothered by any one of them. I honestly will never stay here again and will spend the money on a better hotel that feels safe and is definitely clean.

Good things.: Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet at night. Bedding smelled and looked very clean. Bad things: Ants in the room. Found dirty bath towel left hanging behind bathroom door from previous occupant. Door top security lock was broken and did not work. Air conditioner barely worked and did not produce cool/cold air. I don’t usually write reviews or complain, but I think these things can be corrected to make someone’s stay more comfortable.

There was loogie goo next to nitestand when picking up something dropped. M&M on same stand. Drill holes in door next to frame that one could see thru from outside door. Bed was clean and comfy. Check in was awful. Not a full house at all but couldn't check in til 3 rather than 2:30 when we arrived. Front desk gal wasnt even there they had to call and ask but it was a no.

Liked the close proximity to the concert venue. Disliked the unprofessional staff. There was a pool, but family members of staff were all using it, not much room for people renting rooms. Staff and family were using disabled parking and they did not have disabled parking tags. I am disabled and was unable to use parking.
