The staff was wonderful but it needed some TLC I chose this stay thinking the place had an indoor pool for my granddaughter all Hampton inns I have ever stayed at does but the pool was outside and not open I probably won’t be back

The gentleman at checkin, Anthony, was very polite and helpful. The fitted sheets kept coming off at the corners while we tried to sleep.

Positive: Great staff, decently clean rooms, pretty good breakfast. Negative: We were given king sofa-bed when we reserved two queen beds. Also, both rooms needed a lot of basic maintenance (missing lightbulbs, broken fridge, stuck door, non-functioning keycard, etc.). And while the wi-fi is free, it requires you to sign up for their rewards program.

The staff was nice when I checked in, and that’s where the good stops, room was dirty (I took a lot of pictures to show) any chain should be ashamed of having a room this dirty, one of the beds has a stain on sheets, very disgusting There was NO hot water!

The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to shopping. The staff was extremely friendly & professional. breakfast was great! I did not like the child height toilet and the fact there was no grip or mats in the shower which became very slippery and I actually slipped to the floor. Thankfully I did not get hurt. I would advise older adults to wear shower/water shoes to be safe.

Please make funds available to upgrade this location. Please pay the breakfast cook more so she can be happy with guests, she has a lot of work in a small timeframe. Please spray for the roaches. Shame on Hilton Corporation.

The clerk we dealt with was fantastic. We had a blowout on the road in Marietta and were stuck on the road for a couple of hours. We called and she was very helpful and offered to move the reservation to a Marriott closer to our location. We eventually made it to the hotel and she was wonderful with our check in process. She is obviously a wonderful person.

The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. The Bathroom in the room could use a vent in the bathroom. The paint in the ceiling was coming off and mildew was very present. Pls look at the room. Room is 133. Thank you for the good service.

They had roaches in the bathroom and in the fridge. When we asked for more towels, they never came. The room never got cleaned while we were there either.

I loved this property and it had accessible shopping centers that were walkable as well as dining. The area was nice and quiet as well as safe.. The area was nice and quiet as well as safe. The hotel parking was very easy and convenient. The staff was very kind and helpful. Check-in and checks out were easy and convenient. The room was clean and spacious although the walls were a little bit thin so you could hear what was going on outside your doors.

Didn’t get the king with sofa bed I booked, just a chair. When I notified staff I was moved to another room that was confirmed to have sofa bed, which ended up being the same set up as first room I was put in. Room number as clean and staff was great but I expected to get what I booked and paid for.

I love the employees who made my stay satisfactory in spite of the disappointment of the first room received. The hot water did not work sufficiently. I was later moved to another room which was satisfactory.

Property Was Pretty Well Kept & Clean! Staff Were Mostly Nice & Accomodating. One Of The Credit Card Machines At Front Desk Needs Replacing Asap!! Was Told Its Been Unserviceable For Lil While Now,& New One Is On Back Order! Stayed There A Year Ago, & Remember There Was Another Issue Concernin An Elevator. Was Told Parts To Fix Were On Back Order For A While At That Point As Well! Moral Of The Story, Hearing The Answer Of " Its On Back Order, Gets To Be Old At A Certain Point!! Results Are The Goal, Not Excuses.
