One night stay for a soccer tournament. Rooms have been updated. They have a full-size refrigerator and microwave. Beds are comfortable. Great restaurant across the street and also a gas station across the street for last minute snacks. ALL the chips in the vending machine were expired, We got our money back for two bags of chips that we bought and then they were all quickly replaced with new chips. Only downside of the stay was that the room next-door had a dog that barked the whole night and you could hear a train going by a couple of times during the night. Other than that, everything was good

The room has the same stains on walls from 4 months ago. Also pair of shoes from last person who stayed in the room. Dogs in next room bark frequently thru the night. When checking in lady wrote down my credit card number totally unprofessional. Had to pay 30 dollars for 45 minute late check out.

We couldn't sleep all night because there were people roaming around and yelling after midnight. The room we got smelled like smoke, it was dirty, the toilet didn't work, the sheets were yellow.

One older lady over prices people for early check in fee but majority of the staff is very helpful and nice best hotel in the Inland Empire right now

VERY dirty, hair in the shower, no toilet paper roll, smelled like cigarettes the moment we walked in, dirt under the beds, cigarette burns in the chairs. TERRIBLE!!

I did not feel very safe. There were a lot of transients and drug users around. The staff tried to give me the farthest room from the front office. It was one of the only rooms down a darker hallway with a pile of bikes locked to a close by rail. I refused to stay in that room. I was seriously scared. It myself and my daughter. I wanted to stay as close to the front office as possible and I was charged an extra $30 to move the room to a safer area. I barely slept that night. There was so much going on all night. I will never stay at Del Sol Corona again.

Normally have no issues with my stay. This hotel is the only one i use in the area due to location and availability. This last time their where very rude neighbors above us banging on the doors and windows in what seemed like 10-15 minute intervals for at least 3 hrs. After hr 2 i called the front desk to complain. It was a good thing i was very tired as i eventually fell asleep sometime after midnight. The people above also walked on their heels and must have been Samoan. They also for aome strange reason moved furniture around as you could hear things being drug across their floor/our ceiling. Just overall rude people that day. This won't keep me from going back as this has only happened about 1 out of 30 times or so.

We requested a ground level room, they didn’t have one and had to pay an up charge for a so called suite…,we would have gone elsewhere but booking through hotel.com it was non refundable. I would not book through them again…prefer to book direct… The towels were threadbare…I have never see anything like it..almost like rags..we were in an upgraded room that was very average…it was also very noisy…close to freeway…I would not recommend it

Stay here quite often. The area is not the greatest as there are homeless and sketchy people around, but the place is patrolled on a regular basis with ample lighting as well as cameras. Rooms are being modernized so the place is being worked on. The modern rooms are really nice. I've stayed in the older rooms and will not do that again. Paying the extra is worth it for sure. I feel until the cost of rooms match the other decent hotels, the hotel will draw those who cannot afford another location. Even if cost was equal to the ones like BW or Holl In, I would still chose this place based on location. Hwy access is super easy. Restaurant is amazing next door, and gas station across the way is open 24/7.

I come to visit family and I stay here everytime the remodel of the rooms are amazing!! Full fridge and the bed is like sleeping on clouds!! I look forward to coming back just for a relaxing day !!

The room smelled like pee and they lied the pictures on the web are not from the hotel, there is so many homeless in the property, we let to go eat and we had our do not disturb sign up and someone got in the room. We will never stay in this place never again

Our stay at hotel del sol was terrible. We were placed in a room that smelled like cigarettes, phone was completely damaged no buttons and wire disconnected, bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and had a hole, carpet was dirty. When asked to be changed to a different room we were charged an unfair amount when we were already paying a large amount. Felt very unsafe at night. There was a night were 5e police were on property. Staff is unhelpful and inconsiderate. Definitely will skip this hotel.

We were in town for a family party, this hotel was the most convenient as it was only 6 minutes away from the party. Check in was quick and easy, staff was very polite and nice. I reserved one of their newly renovated rooms and overall was nice. Unfortunately TV was not working and I did see a roach run across the floor at one point. For the night it was fine but glad I didn't need to stay longer than that.

From start to finish this is the worst property that I have ever been to with Orbitz. It’s the very first time in the years that I’ve been using Orbitz that I’ve had to call customer service and they were not helpful at all. There are a lot of homeless in the area. Then when I went up to the room, there was a Grocery basket in the way of the stairs. When I finally got there, I went to use the restroom and it would not flush. So I lifted up the bowl and it looks like a bag of meth in the tank. I took the picture to the front desk and they offered to let me stay in another room. I told them that I felt unsafe, but they would not give me back my money. They do have a nicer room but it still feels unsafe there. Everything looks a little dingy. I am very disappointed in Orbitz. This is not a seven. They need to redo the ratings.

OK, I mistakenly overlooked the 2-star rating, which is well deserved. This place was disgusting. the furniture was filthy, the shower had a high-pitched whine that was beyond annoying, and the grounds were trashy.

First, this property is definitely not a hotel, it's a motel, and not in the greatest area. Also there were more "residents" than guests, including the office staff. One of our rooms had 2 broken drawers, they were aware of this, no side tables or lamps by the bed. The other room had gunk all around where the toilet seat attached to the toilet. Instead of properly attaching it they glued it. They made the beds and emptied the trash twice on a 5 night stay (they have signs they clean every 4 days or on request) but they never left us more toilet paper, we had to go to the office and ask for it. The hot tub worked half the time we were there. It was very cheap on my package deal but you definitely get what you pay for.

Booked 2 rooms. One room was ok. One room had a bad toilet, rooted floor. It was room 127. I have a video I can provide. They had no other rooms and we had to sleep after our event. Expedia also overcharged me and I am waiting for a refund.

Clean room, but the ref in an economy room wasn’t working good (does not get cold), so they transferred us to a better room without upgrade fees. And that room was great. It’s near a good diner and also near shopping. I would come back to this hotel.

The room we were assigned smelled like an ash tray, it was so bad I couldn’t even enter the room. They reassigned us after trying to charge us for an upgraded room because that is all they had left. The website says they serve a continental breakfast and they did NOT. I should have put the money we spent on breakfast towards a better room.

The staff was very nice and I opted to not say anything until our stay was done. The floor had a huge stain, the facet was not connected to the counter top and the facet in the bathroom came off the wall and the fridge did not work. I spoke to someone on Monday when we checked out, because I thought they should know. There is no elevator, if you get put on the top floor. As someone who is handicapped it was difficult, but we made it work. They originally would have put us in a lower room but they said the fridge didnt work. Hind sight, I should have taken the other room.
