The receptionist (late afternoon 4/4) was rude. The room was clean but the tv did it work. Someone came to fix it and could not. We were promised a credit. Morning of 4/5 the hot water in the breakfast room did not work. An employee was chatting w another guest and didn’t offer to help when help was visibly needed. The same receptionist from the day before refused to give us the credit. We are active alumni of WVU and will not recommend this hotel. I didn’t give it 1star because it was clean.

The cable TV was not very good at all. Every time we found something to watch the screen would freeze up. Probably would have had a 5 star rating if it hadn’t been for that.

This hotel is conveniently located. The lobby area has been renovated. The rooms are spacious but need updating (bathroom too). The staff was friendly and helpful.

The 3rd floor smelled musty. When we walked in one time there was a young lady working the desk saying “F$&@“ very loudly to a male coworker. Other than those two things, the stay was enjoyable.

We have stayed at Euro Suites over 5 times since 2019. The hotel is a great value and the staff are very friendly. The new Lobby, bar, and breakfast/lounge area are beautiful, it has clean sheets and towels, and breakfast was descent. However, our room needed a huge makeover and repairs.

The staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms could use some updating and attention. The rooms need repainting and some carpentry work. The breakfast is similar to others with oatmeal, cereals, a waffle maker, yogurts and breads. Overall it is a serviceable hotel for a quick in and out.

This property is convenient to WVU and WVU Medical Centers. There are dining options within walking distance and a bowling alley. My only complaint was the condition of the walkways and parking lot when it snowed.

The heat would not work. It was 5 degrees outside with a windchill below zero. The room only warmed to about 65 degrees with the thermostat set at 85

Our stay was for a family surgical procedure which could require a two day stay. This establishment is very close to the hospital. The procedure only took a one day stay. Tried to cancel the second night, but because I booked through Hotels.com, a third party they made it clear that they werent going to help.

Staff at check in was friendly but gave us keys to room108 which we later found was already occupied and we were supposed to be in room 208. We walked in on an older gentleman that was very upset. Really not sure how this could happen but sure made the stay very uncomfortable.

Facility is old but has been upgraded. Matress is in a plastic covering and makes noise you move in bed. A great and lowcost place to stay for a visit to Morgantown

I love the location of the hotel and the staff was congenial. Our rooms were nice, but the sofa bed was unusable, there is no padding in the mattress and there is also blood on the mattress.

This property is decent. I have stayed here twice and stay here again as it is a good place for the cost. The lobby area is nice. The only detractors are it is a bit dated, could use a renovation and a bit more lighting in the living area of the suite. The lighting in the bathroom was fluorescent and very hospital like. Not warm. But the shower had decent water pressure (which is hard to find in hotels these days). The location is a bit noisy at night while trying to sleep as it is right along the main roads around WVU area so hearing cars drive by was a thing to deal with. But, it is overall a decent place. Clean, and the staff is nice.

I chose this hotel not based on price but based on the cleanliness rating. It was in fact a very clean hotel. Check in was done by a very sweet and pleasant employee. It was a bit tedious however. I reserved and paid for two rooms but each room had to have forms filled out and separate incidental charges. My main issue was the heating system that did not work in any room. I was fine with a cooler room but my elderly parents were not. After having maintenance check the room, they were moved to a room on the 3rd floor. This room had the same issue- raised the temp on the thermostat and although the furnace blew constantly the temp never raised even one degree. In addition to my parents being very cold all night the water temp in the shower never got hot. While in my room on the 1st floor it was nice and hot. They also had issues with a slow flushing toilet. For myself the hotel was nice but I would never be able to get my parents to stay there again. It is a shame since we will be in Morgantown frequently.

My sister and I were visiting our brother in the hospital. All in all we were quite satisfied with our choice. Nice accommodation at a reasonable price. One glitch was a non working hairdryer and some sketchy electrical outlets. The hotel dealt with it to our satisfaction.

Good hotel in a great location for WVU medical services. Needs more staff on front desk and needs attention to small maintenance items in the room. Still, will stay there again.

The room itself was great service was great BUT the wifi service was awful. I had to make a personal hotspot to get any work done. Was very inconvenient. The room was on 3rd floor and i didnt have this problem previously when i stayed on the first floor

Amazing staff, service, value, and very clean! If I had one bad thing to say about the place, it's that it's in a loud, busy area and a bit hard to turn into while driving, but I would describe everything else about the experience as above and beyond!
