Make sure your tetanus shot is up to date to stay here

We did not have toilet paper in our room. There was poop on the toilet from the previous guests. Also we did not have full bottles of toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. These were in every shower. However our room was short on these items. Which was unfortunate. I did not pack these items since toiletries usually are a standard for most hotels. Combine this with the harsh chemicals in the pool and that left my family with only the ability to rinse with water. After picking up dinner I grabbed the ice bucket in our room to get ice and it smelled moldy. There is no way that ice bucket was being routinely washed. The pool had so much chemical in it, that it burnt my child’s skin. The bathroom in the pool area was so disgusting, poop and filth everywhere. The hallways were littered with construction debris and paint splashes everywhere. This hotel felt very dirty and gross. Not worth 100$ a night. I wouldn’t pay 60$ to stay here. Booking.com advertised a buffet breakfast for this location as well. However that was not the case when we arrived. It was a mediocre bare minimum continental breakfast. Extremely disappointed for what I paid to stay in this room. I will not be staying again. If you include the lack of cleanliness with the fact that 20 minutes into being in our room, a strange man tried to enter our room with a key card….. we will not be back.

I’d come back next week on the way back but the construction is not completed.

The location, newly renovated room which was spacious. Dunkin Donuts is a walking distance. Breakfast was good.

The construction was in progress and the elevators stopped working for a while. Hotel should shut down for construction. And re-open after construction is 100% completed and the safety inspection is passed.

Carpet was dirty stained saw a centipede, lots of hair in the sheets, soap dispenser was empty.

Disappointing

The bed was ridiculously comfortable!!

There was no hot water in the shower. We had to take cold showers. We only stayed for 1 night.

Does the job

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Beds were super comfortable. Good storage (drawers/closets/pantry area).

Room was a bit dirty. Dirt/hair in dresser drawers. One drawer was broken. Dead gnats on the bed nearest the window. Mold in the shower/tub. We didn't get maid service between day 1 and 2. The whirlpool in the pool area was warm, but only two jets were working.

Not much. Some of the workers were very helpful and nice.

Outside areas clean up. The first impression was not good. Outside grass not cut in the rear. The place had a smell to it.

Overpriced, unclean and underwhelming!

The location was nice.

The bath tub/shower had mildew growing in it. There was also several pieces of hair from a previous guest and it was not clean. the ceiling had peeling drywall mud/tape from what appeared to be a water leak from the room above. The drawer on the small dresser was broken. There was dried crusty marks on the couch that looked like spit up. They put a family with small children over my room so it sounded like a herd of Buffalo above me. The hallway was sweltering hot. There was orange residue on the wall by the bed that looked like someone spilled something. Lobby had pallets of what appeared to be construction material cluttering the area…which I get, but not for the price they charged. Elevator was filthy.

Convenient location to college but in need of major refresh and good cleaning

Facility is dated and worn. Many stains on carpet in hallway, stains on side of box spring, mold on ceiling in bathroom, room just not clean in general. Elevator not clean and lended to an overall cringy feeling

Very dishonest business.

They randomly started charging my credit card "extra" $10 , hours after I checked out and when I called to ask why, the employee told me it's not their problem and I had to call Marriott.

Duplicate charges, no answer on phone

Our bathroom had stains in the tub, on the ceiling and the wallpaper was bubbles and coming up at the corners. The biggest problem, though, is they charged us twice for the damage deposit ($200 each time) and only one was reimbursed. They even sent it out as two separate emailed charges. I have tried to call dozens of times and the main line is always busy. So for our $174 stay we ended up paying- $374 and there is no way to speak to a manager, etc. This is unacceptable.

The staff and facilities were superb. The breakfast was excellent, well stocked and remained clean

We were there for 3 nights and housekeeping never came to our room although we understood it would be every other day. BUT the clerk gave me clean towels!
